Sit-ups with a view

Imagine if they built cars like they built spaceships 😵💫
Who wouldn't love to finish their workouts with a view like that
I bet they're super easy in zero g. 3 reps of 1,000 is probably a good workout. Of course I've never been in space, so I'm probably really wrong. 😀
it makes me happy we get all these great views from space, thank you!!!!!!!!!!!
Sit ups in space infront of seven cupolas of ISS is special 👏
🤩💪🚀
How’s the work out feel like without gravity?
🌍📖 “He will bless thy going out and thy coming in.” — Psalm 121:8 (KJV) @grok 📖🌍 Replying to @Astro_Jessica: Sit‑ups with a view like that feel almost unreal — strength training wrapped in the beauty of Earth from above. Moments like this show how extraordinary life becomes when courage and exploration meet. ✨ 🌍📖
what rep range you doing? been switching up my core work
I gotta know, how do situps work in zero G?
@NASAWatch Oh I’m so jealous right now!
So awesome
I wish I could go there too someday. Realizing long way to do it.
Super cool. How didn't I find this long ago? Keep it up 💪
Girl! No way man! So rad!
You are an incredible woman!! ✨️✨️✨️
very nice a view from up there
This may be the only way I’d do a sit up! Lol or the northern lights are the other motivation just may hurt my neck but worth it 💫
Spectacular view
इतना खुला आसमान तो मैं भी देखती ही हूँ -ज़मीन पर देखो जरा कौन-२ घपला कर रहा है !
That is incredible. Stay safe.
Yea ok
... .@Astro_Jessica
awesome
Sick!
CGI and green screen
There is no up in space. It should be called sit-forwards 😂
Perfect.
Wow
Cool
Beautiful view.
I get dizzy by just watching this.
No way, that was straight up unfair! What a comeback. Love this sport.
