Nothing beats the old skool over shoulder restraints with the seat belt

Glad final destination movie opened my eyes I stopped doing roller coasters especially when hearing freak accidents happening on the news every couple years I don't even do carnival rides inspections aren't done often like people may think.🙏🏾

What an awful way to go out. Sounds like the crew did their jobs as far as checking everyone. But if the seat was malfunctioning before takeoff, he should have been asked to wait for the next round or switch to a good seat.

Pretty much confirms with what I thought and being a ride operater for 6 season he’s lap bar wasn’t fully clicked and this can happen to people who are over weight or too big for the seat.

That doesn’t seem secured enough
