Where is the investigation into the thousands falsely accused and legions too many wrongly convicted? This has been happening for three decades, is fully documented by @FACTukorg in their yearly magazines and injustice conferences, and yet no MP wants to even breathe a word of support for this category of victims, which I wouldn't mind betting has to be the biggest one. Society changed as did the perception people had of reality when Savile was re painted. Why are MPs not honest about this when it is evidently plain to at least some? @moor_facts sets out an outstanding blog of work, which as you read over time tells the true version of history. Savile never abused a soul, and there are more people in the country who know this than some would think. Blogs lead on to other blogs and in all it takes a great deal of reading, but truth matters so much to our country, and has been so abandoned. I hope the inquiry which is proposed to establish the truth does so. I think there is a terrible danger of just creating more sexual hysteria in the country if all verbal accounts are simply taken at their word as they have been in court. The public does not yet understand the scale of innocent families who have lost innocent fathers and grandfathers to courts which do not discriminate between guilty and innocent and are more reminiscent of USSR than Britain. The Waterhouse tribunal failed to establish truth, and Professor Jean La Fontaine reserves her praise for Richard Webster's book, "The secret of Bryn Estyn" to which many who lived through the criminalising of thousands of innocents in the 90s in North Wales, Merseyside and Cheshire, contributed. Post horrifying re painting of Savile, many more innocents have been incarcerated, but families are not heard, and seems MPs are more focused on "believing victim" as commanded by Sir Keir Starmer. Of course one can see why MPs would be more interested in responding to the mood of the country, where there is a great demand for justice for young girls. But years later, memories do change, especially after these now older have been through interviews with all manner of different people, police, Social services, therapists and lawyers, all with interests of their own. This is not about wanting to deny victims justice, but to advise some caution, because many of us have seen how quickly and easily this turns to persecution of innocent people. The scale of this is far away greater than the wider public understand, and for those of us whose life experiences have shown us so much more of the actual reality behind many claims, we see victims who as a great man called Simon Warr put it, "are simply the wrong kind of victims". I'm afraid in these cases, there is no proper due process as no impartial investigation and no dedication to discovering the actual truth. Mentally ill and drug damaged are exploited by having obvious delusions and false memories encouraged, rather than being given the medical help they need. Men are convicted of rape when it was fully consensual but a woman decides to say it wasn't. Why not? She is guaranteed belief and instant money, and often better for her to re interpret events where the encounter was regretted. Historical allegations of the most absurd and impossible kind are encouraged, supported and assisted, because there is so much pressure to obtain convictions. It is a great scar on the country, and I'm afraid most MPs in this era will leave a legacy of silence and looking in the other direction.
