Now Mark Carney is implementing some of those and is AGAIN CLAIMING THAT THEY WERE HIS IDEAS ALL ALONG! Key examples include: Bill C-242 (Jail Not Bail Act): Proposed stricter bail conditions for repeat offenders. Bill C-243 (Parole Review Reform): Aimed to extend intervals between parole hearings for convicted murderers. Bill C-220 (One Law for All): Sought to eliminate sentencing reductions based on immigration status. Bill C-246 (Consecutive Sentences): Proposed consecutive, rather than concurrent, sentences for multiple sexual offenses. Clause 63 of Bill C-16 allows judges in certain cases to bypass mandatory minimum sentences, creating a "safety valve" that critics argue undermines Parliament's intent to strictly punish serious crimes. Bill C-75 is still in place. The Liberal Bill C- 75, scraps mandatory sentences for weapons trafficking, discharging a firearm while committing an offence, reckless discharge of a firearm, extortion and robbery with a firearm. because it discriminates, against “racialized people."

No mandate for police to lay charges, for prosecutors to go through with cases , or for Judges to change their personal race based sentencing or dismissals. But UK style Draconian hurt feelings of posts hauling people off to jail for personal beliefs and opinions. No change to Young Offenders Act, no change for deportations of criminal activities of new immigrants, refugees, asylum seekers. Wrong priorities. This does nothing.
