I’ve replaced the skull crushers with the close grip bench press for my triceps. SC’s just feel unnatural and uncomfortable to control. These feel tricky too, but at least I can use the smith if I want to go heavier.

For skull crushers should I go lower and get a deeper stretch with less weight? Or should I keep it like this and try and control the weight the whole way without letting it sink? Appreciate the advice btw I’m really tryna clean up form on some of my more questionable lifts
