The Butcher's Blade ๆ‰‹้ฎๅคฉ [2026] Directed By: Liu Wenpu Another small scene in this executive produced film by Qin Pengfei and action direction by Xiaogui Du who is part of Qin Pengfeiโ€™s crew and the co-action director for Eye For An Eye 2. My full review over at Letterboxd. This will start streaming soon in North America via iQIYI. Timo Tjahjanto you need to add a dual whip baddie to whatever project you are doing after Sleeping Dogs. Tekken style.

North East Police Story 2 AKA Fight Against Evil 2[2023] Directed By: Pengfei Qin Never got around to posting one of my top action films of 2023 on my timeline. The evolution over these past few years in hand-to-hand combat has been amazing to witness. From Timo Tjahjanto "The Night Comes For Us(2018)" Kensuke's "Hydra(2019)" to Kang Yun-Seong "Roundup(2022)" and Xavier Gems "Farang(2023) and trust me there are many more to list. This film is currently streaming on iQIYI in NA and other regions where the app is available.

Bad History ใƒใƒƒใƒ‰ใƒปใƒ’ใ‚นใƒˆใƒชใƒผ [1989] Directed By: Junya Takagi A musical action film in a post-apocalyptic Japan with the star who is also the director is no joke in this film. This is from my personal rip, but there is a copy up on Internet Archive.
