Sliver C2 developers have recently implemented an "external builder" feature to compile implants on external servers, but why not just use it to create completely custom implants instead? 🙃

I ended up creating a sample builder and a super scuffed python implant that can do pwd/ls/cat/download to see how hard it'd be, and it wasn't that bad. Ideally, a custom implant would be coded in something like c but this was a good enough PoC for me :)
