It was a pleasure to receive Ambassador Apoorva Srivastava for her farewell audience today. 🇸🇰🇮🇳 I thanked her for her dedicated service and valuable contribution to strengthening relations between Slovakia and India. During her tenure, our countries reached a new level of engagement, marked by the visits of President Droupadi Murmu to Slovakia, Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Slovakia, and my own visit to India. I left Slovakia in 2000 and went through 10 years of blood, abuse and pain because I wanted to be surrounded by opportunity, not by a bunch of bread and cheese working in a grocery store from 16! I don’t want to see those countries going ass backwards, stealing young people’s future! New beginnings for the people of Hungary. Beautiful country! I spent my childhoods there on family wineries.
