These pullups are pretty weak and I got a long way to go, but... Coming from 330 pounds where i struggled to breathe getting out of bed and walking up the stairs To being 230 pounds being able to do 4 pullups just feels so good Everyday I get a little bit stronger Everyday I get a little bit faster Working out is the best decision I've ever made I hope someone reading this will do the same If any of yall wanna talk gym or post a progress picture down below Please do so It really is the best change youll ever have in your life

Life is a gift. My wife Tara and I are reminded every day what a blessing life is by our daughter, Suzy. She’s just over two years old now, and she’s changed everything for us. That’s why I won’t stop fighting to protect life and the economic freedom to raise a family. From my work to block Medicaid dollars from funding irreversible procedures on minors, to standing with colleagues advancing pro-life protections, this commitment isn’t abstract. It’s personal. I remember when I was about 22 or 23, and I was at one of the lowest points in my life for various reasons… I felt the need to go to church and wanted to find “peace” in my heart. I felt lost… I felt like I needed God in my life. I didn’t know what that even meant, I just felt it. I ended up at a church with a pastor very similar to this man.. and I wasn’t even a spiritual person back then, but everything inside of me was screaming to get out. Looking back now, without knowing it.. I felt demonic forces at play. God was telling me to get out. Eventually I found my way, and that was only because of my journey — I sat down one night and just started talking to God… not even understanding that I was praying.. From that point on, my life changed so much and I began to see things differently, God revealed things to me, and taught me how to find clarity in all situations,.. I found peace. There is no peace that can be found at Churches like this and with Pastors like this… true peace comes when you just start opening your mouth to speak God’s name and begin talking to him. You don’t need a church to find God.

Using metabolic therapies, and particularly ketogenic therapy, I have been able to completely come off all of my psych meds in less than a year. I was told once that I would probably need to spend my life in a psychiatric institution, nevermind not needing to be on antipsychotics and various other psych meds for the rest of my life too. I am the healthiest I have ever been, free of symptoms of my schizoaffective disorder, and kind of blown away by how much my experience of my illness and of my life has changed over this last year.
