this is wonderful.

thx

This is sick as fuck but has I feel like it has no real world application it would lag tf out of anyone who doesn’t have a nasa supercomputer

@fckspike I use a cheap laptop and it doesn't lag much for me. Can also turn off the observer clock that moves the pistons

Fair enough bro my bad

@fckspike I usually play with low render distance and fast graphics. Only put it on 'fancy' for videos or screenshots

How does the geysers continue non-stop ?

with a command /give @p minecraft:potent_sulfur[minecraft:block_state={potent_sulfur_state:erupting},minecraft:block_entity_data={id:"minecraft:potent_sulfur",dormant_time:0,countdown:0,eruption_time:-1}]

We've developped a dynamic sound system, imagine with your particles! (use headphone 🎧)

Are the pistons triggered by command blocks or is there a whole redstone system?

It's an observer clock

I tried it too, it’s mesmerising 😮💨

This is so fucking cool

thanks

could you potentially release a file of the build or a tutorial cause this looks absolutely amazing

@ramune_popsicle The waterfall itself is based on this video: the particles are from geysers placed below the ground

oms tysmm

@elososolar

oh baby

@BdoubleO100

buildstone is still going i see

STUNNING

any idea how to use geyser like this in survival?

If you wanna make a waterfall in survival, I recommend using arrows on bubble columns. Like here:

Yeeeah, i know, i've seen it I'm just curious if i can stack geysers to make it look like it's never ending The 22s time break is kinda a lot To make it look good there should be very good timing i think

I don't think that works, unfortunately. You could increase the eruption time by using more water blocks, but that also increases the dormant time.

Yeah, exactly Maybe there's some kind of trick to refresh the eruption time? Something like, moving block with a pistons Idk

According to the wiki, the dormant and eruption times are randomly assigned to a potent sulfur block when you place it. I don't think moving it will change that. Maybe a piston feed tape with multiple sulfur blocks placed a few seconds apart could work. I'll try that later

Yessir 🫡

bad news. can't move potent sulfur with pistons. I hope it's a bug and they'll fix it

Cool! What mod is used?

no mods. It's all vanilla. I did the waterfall with pistons and the particles at the bottom are from the new geysers.

@LouisJPlum Very cool. Tutorial?

@LouisJPlum I got the piston part from this video

Someone get this to Grian

@ThatMumboJumbo PLEASE

How

Pistons and geysers

Geysers are so cool!

The bubbles should be cubed but it’s amazing

That is so cool

The eruption can now be made continuous without commands And there's a new block state if you still want to use the command: /give @p minecraft:potent_sulfur[minecraft:block_state={potent_sulfur_state:continuous}]

Grian where are you

this is fucking sick

I'm trying to figure out how you did the waterfall part 👀 lol

Pistons with an observer clock

Omg I've seen this.... I totally forgot about it!

This doesn’t use commands? Wow

I used a command for the infinite geysers.

Was it worth selling your soul?

how'd you get the geysers to go consistently like that?

@_MINECRAFT_LIVE Good

guysers are gonna be so fuckin cool for details.
