So apparently this is stucco/foam pillar underneath a bank awning, however, the context still remains, you do NOT want to be outside during severe weather due to flying debris!

This appears to be a stucco wall. Primary mass being styrofoam covered with a thin layer to provide a textured appearance.

You know, I wouldn't call that weak.

I believe someone put that there to get ratings. Bc if you look around there was no damage, power still on, just some very small twigs laying around

I’d be impressed if it wasn’t EIFS.
