Why aren't residents cleaning that up? Imagine having that outside your gate. If each person tidied up their own area it'd be easy sorted. Who can live like this?

I live in Birmingham and due to the fact we aren't dirty disgusting people and we clean up after ourselves, you wouldn't even know there was an ongoing bin strike. They are dirty people.

Who remembers this? I grew up during the time when littering was frowned upon and we used to pick up the odd discarded piece of litter of the street and put it in the bin. Our streets used to be clean until they arrived! From Pakitrashstan
