In the uk you would need to barrier off the hole in the floor after health n safety have signed it off of course, that will be a few grand and six month's for the application to be granted..

Less exposure to hot sun and keeps scroungers out of the trash bins, which is a problem in Istanbul.

Hardly any stabiliser out, no pads for ground pressure, no barriers, no ppe…..typical crap from a crap country. Can’t even tie shoelaces on a UK site these days without a ticket to do so
