Dominion representative caught downloading or uploading data to a USB from the Election Management Server at the Gwinnett County, GA Election Central during the 2020 election. He plugs the USB into a laptop, manipulates data, and then palms the USB, hiding it in his hand and walks out. This GA Election Central hub is responsible for tabulating ballots and certifying results. Dominion reps should NOT be doing ANYTHING to ANY machines during a live election. Any machines that have any changes made to them, by law, need to be recertified before being used in any election. But Scytl sits at the top and maintains a series of databases on servers in foreign countries that all of the other election companies report up to.
