This idea that he’s a “non-factor”—well, why were you hanging around with non-factors, Mr. President? What was that about? Since I was a kid I have referred to “The Apparatus of the CIA” as “The Beast or The Machine”. It is because of this film & scene which Bannon will discuss. He then delves deeper into Nixon meeting with Helms in order to reconcile the “Whole Bay of Pigs” which many believe was Nixon’s code word for the JFK assassination.
