Looks amazing. Not sure if I am the only one, but affirmative button action like "Done" on top right gives me positive UX feel, then tapping back when your slider stops. I know it is a standard iOS practice but I have never made peace with it.

cleannn i almost want the modal to stay the same height the whole time for ux so I always know where to look for title, where to press for primary button less fun transition tho

Selecting the date should auto return you back

Super clean! Though, using the top left back button for “apply” makes me want to accidentally tap the “x”, clearing the entry. Might work better moving the chevron to the top right, or even center-bottom.
