@KyleRossXXX Spending time at babycakes with everyone, including him, is still one of the high points of my entire life. I’ve never had any friends after that. sometimes I wonder if they were even friends at all. I never belonged. So many complex feelings looking back, esp. with him gone.

@KyleRossXXX Things can get a little messy when work and friendships overlap, and I know the whole “our company is a family” thing ends up being a way to gaslight employees into doing favors and accepting things they shouldnt, but- you can “not belong” and still be loved, that’s family 🤷‍♂️🫂
