Just keep swimming! 🐢🌊 On 27 December at 4:00 pm, Karratha Police found a wild turtle that had been captured and abandoned in Millars Well. Officers released it at Karratha Back Beach, where it returned to the ocean without injury.

The man nursed it back to health for 11 months and then the released it back into the wild. A few months later, the penguin returned. The penguin swims 5,000 miles every year to spend time with the fisherman. He spends the rest of his time mating in Argentina.

Kobe won 2 championships with his 2nd option being Pau Gasol and his 3rd option being Odom in 2009 and Artest in 2010. Although these players gave good contributions, I’m not sure we’ve seen any megastar win more with less in a 3-year span. 3 straight trips to the Finals out of the West. Back to back chips with a good but not elite roster. Kobe doesn’t get enough credit for doing what nobody thought he could do which was win without Shaq. And he did it back to back.

It was finished and going to print when he passed. It was set to ship less than 2 months later. Charlie brought the transcript of his book to Dennis in the hospital before he died. Charlie dedicated the book to Dennis. And the idea of the book was from discussions of Charlie and Dennis. Candace lies to you guys and you just keep going with it.

Hagen Smith said today that last night’s impressive results were the result of raising his arm slot back to where it had been previously. The change in his arm slot was the result of work he did this week with White Sox Director of Pitching Brian Bannister, who has been in Charlotte for the past few days, and Knights’ Pitching Coach Scott Aldred. The changes were dramatic. Smith has struggled with his control this season, until last night, when he walked just 1 hitter, had fewer deep counts and, as a result, had his longest outing of the season, at 5 innings. The change in arm slot also had another benefit. Smith said it enabled him to maintain his velocity deeper into the game. FutureSox

CCTV shows Demiesh Williams leaving Sainsbury’s after a minor row with Andrew Clark. Williams pushed into the queue infront of Clark and his wife, who objected to the rude gesture. Williams returned and attacked Clark, he died 3 days later. Williams was sentenced to a mere 5yrs 3 months today. Told he must serve 'up to two thirds" of the sentence. Could be free again in less than 3yrs. You get longer jail time for social media posts in Starmer's UK!
