I know that Marcoses may be applying strategies, including feigning weakness to mislead opponents into underestimating them and conserving strength to encourage adversaries to overextend. They await opportunities to strike decisively when the timing and advantage are most favorable. I'll be buying 🍿 for this brewing saga...

The future of Davao City looks so bright with one Atty. Migs Nograles You know when someone is a threat to the Dutertes when known influencers and trolls start attacking that person. True to their brand of politics -disruptive. Right on cue! The congresswoman from PBA Partylist is now the subject of their attacks. I have been saying that Davao City is not living up to its great potential, being the gateway to the south and practically how big the city is, it should have been so much more than what it is right now. Not to mention the preferential budget allocations and foreign investment during the time of the former President Duterte, its close friendship with China amongst other things. There were even social media influencers who made it sound as if government service delivery through Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair was a bad thing. Saying Atty. Migs Nograles is introducing the “ayuda lifestyle” to Davao City, something she learned in Metro Manila. Check your privileges, Madam/ Sir! If we are being honest — the only reason why Davao City was not receiving “ayuda” is because of one family. Whether they’re so blinded by the hardship of their constituents, they just don’t care, they have other priorities and not the basic needs of their people or maybe… just maybe, they want to keep it for themselves. According to the 2023 Davao City COA report, under Mayor Baste Duterte, the LGU misused the Development fund of the city. Instead of allocating it to the programs that are ““essential to the promotion of the general welfare of the people”.... It was used for catering services, payment for prizes of Davao Sports Festival, meal allowances, badminton court rental amongst others. In all fairness, although disallowed by the COA, the Mayor Baste Duterte also used the development fund for the financial assistance for centenarians debunking the claims of pro-Duterte social media influencers… that “ayuda” or financial aid is not Davao City. Aside from obviously being more qualified than any of the Dutertes, Atty, Migs Nograles is also one of the Young Guns of the 19th Congress who showed stellar legislative performance in committee hearings, plenary, legislative work amongst other things. I have been vocal that Congresswoman Nograles is one of those I follow and support, her great work speaks for herself. Comparing her performance to Congressman Pulong Duterte will definitely make you laugh and say… I wish Davao City knows they deserve better and vote the Dutertes out of their offices. Always remember! Amping Kanunay! Full video:

Missing, fabricated police reports concerning Duterte drug deaths. Possible systematic cover-up. In one of the most shocking revelations concerning the Duterte Drug War, Philippine Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla confirmed to the Senate that when the Marcos administration attempted to investigate the deaths under the Duterte drug war, they were met with difficulty due to a lack of pertinent records and necessary evidence. This included incomplete police ballistics reports, incomplete police precinct reports and unreported anomalous deaths under the Duterte Drug War. The DOJ under Marcos consulted Dra. Raquel Fortun, one of the country’s few forensic pathologists, who found evidence of execution-style killings among EJK victims. Remulla said that in one case Fortun investigated, the death certificate listed cardiac arrest as the cause of death. However, the autopsy revealed bullet holes in the skull. “The difficulty that we had from 2022 is that in wrongful deaths in the country, where something foul was suspected, there were no police reports. As a matter of practice, there were no police reports in wrongful death situations,” he said. He also noted that 95% of wrongful deaths had no police reports. The DOJ Secretary said there was a slowdown in case filings, particularly in Davao—the hometown of the Dutertes, where the families of drug war victims were met with stonewalling and inaction in local Mindanao courts.
