The View is garbage, but Bill is factually wrong here: a) He references "fair use," which relates to COPYRIGHT; b) I suspect he means Fairness Doctrine, which was repealed in 1987; c) If he means the equal time provisions of the Communications Act, that applies to candidates. @BillOReilly
