Stop gourmetifying food 😭 oxtail supposed to come in heaping helpings stuffed into a Styrofoam container

Oxtail as we know it in America. Asian culture typically braise and pressure cook it until it basically falls apart/melts like butter. They eat it in udon/ramen too 🔥

I got to share one oxtail with everyone?

HALF. I GOT A HALF.😆

I thought he was cutting your meat up for you then he started giving the pieces awayyy 😭

Yeah they split it between both of us 😂

I don’t mean to be in your business. I wanna see the receipt because I know this was robbery

😂 it’s part of a 9 course meal at Ukai Tei, a Michelin-rated Teppanyaki restaurant in Tokyo, Japan. It’s def a bit uppidy, but overall, the food was great. Typically about $160/pp

U mean broth? That cow died for nothing

Shit, you see the Costco sample size of meat in my bowl?? The cow still has most of it’s tail. We just borrowed a piece.
