A number of Kenyan young women were left scared after scanning the barcode on a Kenya Cane bottle instead of the QR code on the KRA excise stamp, leading them to believe the drink was fake. The long, striped barcode on the back of the bottle is a standard GTIN used by supermarkets to identify products and retrieve pricing. Scanning it with a smartphone or generic barcode app can produce unrelated search results. To verify whether an alcoholic drink is genuine, consumers should scan the square QR code on the KRA excise stamp, using the official ,KRA Soma Label App. The app provides details such as the manufacturer, brand, batch number and validity of the tax stamp. So, the barcode is not the authenticity check , scan the KRA excise stamp QR code using Soma Label.

My sister and I have been at her house all day, just running through movies back to back. Her husband is in Europe for work, so it’s been a full sister marathon. Been using the past 5 days as a test. I have been VERY inaccessible to my employees. The goal is to: 1. Enjoy vacation 2. See what “breaks” when I’m not working 12 hours per day To my surprise, nothing has broken so far. Not one thing. The business has continued to drive value for clients without my direct involvement. This leaves me with three responsibilities: 1. Lead gen 2. Recruiting 3. Innovation It’s been a fantastic exercise so far (plus I shot -1 par for the first time ever).
