Happy Tuesday! So far we're quite happy with where Mel and Warwick landed on the 6 cost side, so for TFT13.4 it's time to get Viktor there. Right now a zero item Viktor is providing far too much power and utility, while an itemized Viktor doesn't feel like its different enough or worth the investment. Even 2* Viktor is the worst of the 2* 6 costs. So let's change that! Viktor will no longer shred and sunder, and the % HP damage part of his spell is going down significantly. However in exchange, the damage is going up a decent amount. An itemless Viktor will do around the same amount of damage as before, but now giving him items will feel much better! This should get Viktor in line with the other 6 costs. And while we were at it, we had to fix what is probably the most annoying issue...the 50/50. Now if both players have a Viktor and neither is interrupted, instead of it being an awkward coin flip, they will now both properly cast and stun everything. Huzzah! I thought a lot in these days to write about what happened in the past days, but because i saw them already lying (looks like to be liar is their inner nature) i will talk about the bad behavior and disrespect of cpf fans aka #bjyx or #yizhan during the days of mfw. The cpf tried also to disguise herself wearing a red jacket, but she was not happy, the moment G brand staff went away with the banner, instead to be ashamed, she brought out new banners, with the visible surname of another person and their yellow colors! She also argued for long with a poor security guy who was really done So are you there for what? To see someone you claim to be fan or just for a selfish pleasure being disrespectful towards xz?!? - 27th we organized a loch special screening in a cinema, we were us xfx + some passerby we invited, the hall was private booked and it was totally filled. They tried to pick fights since 3 am in between the street 😱 they stole one of our stool, they started to play loud wuji AT 5AM IN THE MIDDLE OF A CITY!!! wth?! OP sharing her experience during Gumayusi's fanmeeting 💛 This was OP’s post: Before even buying the ticket, I (already) thought that I might not be able to participate in the hi-bye event. Since I use a wheelchair, I can't go down the stairs. But for me, just being able to see him in person was enough, so I thought it would be okay even if I couldn't participate. However, not long after I entered, a staff member came over first and checked on me. They asked if I had someone who accompanying me, so I asked: 👤: “(In my case) does this mean I won't be able to participate (in the hi-bye)? 🥹” Staff: “Later on, we'll guide you and help you get down there. Don't worry.” At first, I thought there must be some other accessible route, and that I'd be able to get to the aisle near the front row through that. But when the hi-bye event started, a staff member came over and said: 🗣️: “You can just stay right here. Later, he'll come over to this side and do the hi-bye with you.” So, feeling grateful, I stayed in my seat and waited until everyone else had finished. Guma really did come over. (to where OP was) Unfortunately, I accidentally ended up pressing the slow-motion button (I've restored it to normal speed now), so the video quality turned out really bad 🥹 I thought that if he'd come up and pass by really quickly. I didn't even think he'd stop, so I had only prepared one very short line to say. 👤: “This should be enough, right?” But I got so nervous that I stumbled over my words. "This was filmed three weeks ago at Cedarwood Animal Rescue in Richmond, Virginia. The adult dog lying in the corner is Hazel. She's approximately three years old, a Beagle mix with a soft tricolor coat and quiet, gentle eyes. Hazel came to Cedarwood six weeks ago a stray pickup, clearly a nursing mother, brought in without her puppies. Staff searched the area where she'd been found for three days. Nothing. But staff noted she was consistently subdued - not depressed in a clinical sense, just carrying something. She'd often lie with her nose pressed to the base of the kennel door. Shelter director Fran said: "We see it sometimes with mothers who come in separated. There's a quality to how they hold themselves that's different from other surrenders.
