Basically what it sounds like to me is these NFL teams know that Deion Sanders wants his son playing at a certain team therefore, the teams know that he will be there later in the draft anyways because other teams are going to avoid him so why not get other players first and then pick him later.

The general understanding that seems to be coming together for me, is that they weren’t willing to interview with most teams and the interviews they did went poorly. Hence actions like the Saints. Basically “THEY already told US no.”
