NEW YEAR, NEW GRIFT I saw a post about this and decided to look into it. Right now, the highest paid promoted slot is an RvB map with SINGLE PLAYER LOBBIES, that alone should raise eyebrows. This isn’t an accident. When you load into the map, you’re placed into a boxed area containing matchmaking portals that redirect players to another map using the same thumbnail, but under a different creator code. So why do this, I have an educated guess... The payment method tied to the promotion will be canceled and/or a stolen identity/credit card is used to run the promotion in the first place And when the fallout happens, who will get punished? The creator whose map ultimately received the traffic, highly unlikely... This mirrors patterns we’ve already seen with XP abuse and TikTok scam loops. The platform often cannot definitively prove that both accounts belong to the same individual, which means this can easily become a weaponized tactic to get other creators flagged, demonetized, or banned. So in the end, it seems this will be another situation that will end up abused and those willing to commit fraud will benefit. On any platform where money is involved, these types of individuals will do anything to earn a piece of the profits. Without stronger verification like biometric checks from Clear (similar to what platforms like LinkedIn already use) this type of abuse will continue. I am positive this is not what Epic had envisioned when creating the Promoted Row, I do think this needs to be addressed sooner than later though, as it is only going to get worse. Because if creators are already willing to do this so openly today, what should we expect once microtransactions are introduced? I feel guilty tagging, but I feel it is important to get eyes on this as soon as possible. Tim Sweeney Mark Rein Epic Games Store Fortnite Developers

#UEFN Verse 57/100 – Custom Characters V2 💫👽 Tung Tung 🌴 Skibidi 🚽Freddy 🐻in one map is absolute cinema 🍿.These characters and system has no lag. V1 used MoveTo(), which was inefficient and extremely laggy, to the point of being unplayable. V2 uses a completely different system, where I had to start from line one instead of relying on creative props. V2 system uses SG mesh components, which is another win for SG because we can stick things to the players entity 📝. One thing that wasn’t a win, though, was that there aren’t any skeleton meshes for animations, which V1 relied on to change the prop based on whether the player ran and was the default for animations 😭. So how did we handle animations using SG? We baked the animation inside the material, called a VAT. Conveniently, I could switch animations based on a parameter inside the material so Verse 💪. Honestly, the code wasn’t even the hard part. The hardest part was creating the VATs 😅. We spent over 30 combined hours⏱️ trying to make them. Everything kept breaking. We went back and forth and back and forth between UE and Blender until we got it to work with @LunarStoryAI help. We finally got it working in UE… only for it to break in UEFN💀 . Bruh I know turns out, Ninite was breaking it. It can be removed from the mesh instance but not from the mesh itself 🙃. This was a problem because everything needed to be dynamic and get the default mesh settings, which has no way of turning Ninite off. I was devastated😔. Not only was it not working, but we’d also wasted 2+ weeks researching and experimenting with no hope 🫠. I asked my friend Dos 🇸🇦, who told me we could turn it off in the material. At first, it didn’t work whyyy... because UEFN ☕ hahahah after duplicating the material, we could uncheck it, but it still didn’t work no matter what with everything that doesn't work I checked changes and went to do something else then my friend told me it started working for him turned out after I disabled Ninite from the mat it started to work but because of my settings 😅 it didn't show for me at all. All that effort was just for the VATs. After creating the first one, @efsf619075 handled the rest of them 👏. Huge thanks to Dos 🇸🇦 for the settings and @LunarStoryAI for answering my questions, and @efsf619075 for sticking with me from start until the end he put more time then I did and I put a heck lot into this f**ing thing and thanks to kenzi for being patient 🫡while we plucked our hair out 😅. Also follow me! I was really tempted to gatekeep this one 😉 since not many people understand how to make custom characters in FN with animations without lag, but I’m cool 😎 . I’ll talk about the code and full system in the next post because this one is already long, and I haven’t even covered all the problems we faced and don't want to with making VATs😁 #Fortnite #FortniteCreative #Verse

FNC Boaster: “These events are, as you can probably imagine, quite tiring. We go from the upper bracket into three games in a row for the final days. That, on top of lots of media, lots of features, lots of just random stuff that we do. Not to mention the fact that when we go into our games, there’s a lot of adrenaline. After every game, my body aches and my head hurts, and then we have to somehow get to sleep, and then we’ve got to wake up early and stuff. So there’s loads of factors into this. It’s not just simply, you go in and you play. And I think we started slow today, especially on Corrode and Lotus. A big map was Lotus for us, and we weren’t able to, just everything wasn’t going our way. The Odin was completely annihilating us. Then when we got to Abyss, we were like, ‘This is the last chance.’ And I felt very confident that we could win this one, because I felt like I knew everything they did on the attack side. And then, what were we like 1–11 down or something? I was like, ‘Oh bloody hell, this one’s going to be a tough one, isn’t it?’ We managed to do it, and then I was like, ‘Holy guacamole, the dream is alive!’ And it felt amazing, hearing the crowd and being able to just do that, because it would’ve been so disappointing of a final to just bomb out there. But in the FNATIC way, we fight back. Ascent, we’re starting to feel the kind of momentum. And then it gets to Sunset, a map that was the one kind of perma-ban we had, but we had some stuff on it. Unfortunately, it was just the crucial map for us to get the win, and some of the rounds just didn’t go our way, and that’s how VALORANT goes, you know. It felt like the rounds that we needed to win, we lost, and then they had an ultimate the next round, and that’s how brutal it is on defense. If we had just been able to win one of those rounds, like the bonus round, holy guacamole, we would’ve been loving life. And it was the difference of like a 1v1 in the end. So yeah, I mean, we tried our best. That’s why I’m not that [sad]. I am sad, obviously, but I’m not like how I was in Toronto, because I felt like we pushed, we tried our best, and I’m very happy with the boys. It would’ve been nice to win, but there’s only one winner, so it’s just a blessing to compete instead.” #VALORANTChampions via Pedro Romero

Kevin O’Connell tells Vikings QBs he doesn't care if they throw interceptions in training camp “There are so many things in society, not even just football nowadays, where we want to decide in a moment this guy can or can’t, this guy’s a success or failure. And it’s just not in alignment with the reality of the position or our game.” “Everything should be driven by process, and part of process is failure. Every year in training camp I give my yearly State of the Union on the first practice: ‘Just as a heads up, I’m not going to be commenting on you guys taking your stats every single day. So-and-so went 6-of-11 with two interceptions, and then we chart it for the whole training camp and decide who won or lost this position or quarterback battle.’” “I challenge the quarterbacks all the time: we’re against Brian Flores every day. This is going to be a 10-out-of-10 stress for all of us. There are going to be good days and there are going to be bad days, but I want you to be aggressive with your decision-making.” “How will we know on third-and-eight in Week 12 that you can try to fit a ball in there to Justin Jefferson on a backside in-cut? How will we know if you don’t try to do it now?” “So when you do it now, and you take the proper footwork and try to throw it into a tight window and the ball gets tipped and intercepted, let’s go back and look at it first. I’ve got no problem with the decision. What was your footwork like? Were you in your base, balance, body position? Were you playing on the timing of the play? Did you make the protection call you needed?” “If you did all those things and it was just a blade of grass different from being the best completion you had all day, now you know.” “I can finish up a practice and go to the podium and have people say, ‘So-and-so really struggled today, didn’t you think?’ And I’m like, there’s not enough time in the day for me to explain all the reasons why you’re wrong. We’re going to go in the quarterback room, we’re going to watch it, and we’re going to be better tomorrow.”

🔥🤔 WOW HOLD ON HERE. The SPLC allegedly paid $270k to an ORGANIZER of the “Unite The Right Rally” for Charlottesville. Joe Biden comes out and EXPLICITLY states he’s running because of Charlottesville. Biden NOMINATES Nancy G. Abudu the SPLC DIRECTOR OF LITIGATION FOR JUDGE his first year in… and now we have a LIFE TIME ACTIVIST JUDGE. She wouldn’t denounce the “SPLC HATE MAP” which contributed to violence. In June 2020 after the death of George Floyd Abudu compared felons' loss of voting rights to the system of race based slavery. ANDDDDD she "liked" a post celebrating the 2021 SOROS EQUALITY FELLOWS Soros. According to the Open Society Foundations website the fellowship "seeks to support emerging midcareer professionals whom we believe will become long-term innovative leaders impacting RACIAL JUSTICE." She was confirmed 49-47. Why?? Because Republicans Ernst, Moran & Rubio were ABSENT for the vote when they could have blocked. Rubio said he would have voted against her if he was there. Ernst and Moran VOTED TO FUND UKRAINE in the past so we know where they stand … Rubio to his credit did not vote to fund Ukraine but now you all know why talk about these Senators NEEDING TO BE THERE TO BLOCK RADICAL JUDGES. So now we are stuck with an INSTALLED LIFETIME ACTIVIST JUDGE on the 11th circuit. And here is the cherry on top. She USED TO WORK FOR THE ACLU. As ACLU of Florida Legal Director Nancy Abudu signed the motion for a Temporary Restraining Order in the 2017 Joyner v. Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity lawsuit. It Trump’svoter fraud commission to block its COLLECTION OF STATE VOTER DATA. At least Senator Josh Hawley did his job at the confirmation hearing when he said “I CANT BELIEVE THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES WOULD NOMINATE SOMEONE FROM THIS ORGANIZATION WITH THIS RECORD” Well… now it makes more sense. Biden Quid pro quo possibly from the President who said he RAN because of Charlottesville. Welp we’re stuck with another DEI ACTIVIST JUDGE just like Jack Posobiec said about Autopen SCOTUS Ketanji. She went to Columbia University BTW. Someone remind me… who else close to Biden went to Columbia?

Dana Bash just put Maryland Governor Wes Moore on the SPOT for pushing a redistricting plan that would wipe out the ONLY Republican-held congressional seat in the state. When Moore said he’s urging the Maryland Senate to move forward on redistricting, Bash asked the question he clearly wasn’t expecting: “How is it good for democracy to pursue a map that makes your state even less representative?” Moore tried to dress it up as a pro-democracy move — but Bash wasn’t having it. MOORE: “It is important that states like Maryland that have the ability to look at their maps, that we have a chance to do it.” “And it is why I’m urging the Maryland Senate to to let democracy not die in the free state and allow a vote to happen on the Maryland Senate.” That’s when Bash cut straight to the point. BASH: “Well, let’s talk about that, redistricting. You are pushing hard to redraw Maryland’s Congressional map to further benefit Democrats.” “And what that means is eliminating the ONLY Republican held seat that exists right now.” “The map, as it stands is already REALLY gerrymandered done before you got there.” “How is it good for democracy to pursue a map that makes your state even less representative?” Moore tried to minimize it. MOORE: “Well, actually, the map that the Maryland House passed would actually make six of the eight Congressional districts more competitive than less.” “And frankly, one of the most gerrymandered seats inside of the state of Maryland is actually the Republican seat. It’s Andy Harris’s seat who voted against national redistricting reform.” “But what the Maryland, with the Maryland delegate Maryland house did is they actually said, let’s debate it, let’s discuss it, and then let’s take a vote…” Bash let him finish — then brought it right back to reality. BASH: “And I just want to make sure that people who aren’t totally familiar with the makeup of the legislature in Maryland understand that you’re talking about the Democratic leaders, the Democratic leader in particular, in your home state. So this is, you know, an internal party divide on this.” “And I know you mentioned that you think that some of the Congressional districts will be more competitive, but ultimately you’re trying to push out the only Republican who is serving there.” Mask off moment.

Interesting times in the maps space, and its exciting there is so much buzz - maps are awesome :) My parents Rakesh and Rashmi Verma pioneered digital mapping in India in 1995, returning from the US after a successful career there with the passion and desire to do something unique for India. And it’s been 20 years for me personally in the mapping space, since I was a 19-year old Stanford engineering undergraduate student and got involved in starting India’s first interactive mapping portal, I realise MapmyIndia is a relatively lesser known company amidst more consumer facing global and local players, so it would be great if this post can be amplified, so that more people can be made aware 🙏 Warm regards, Rohan Verma CEO & ED, MapmyIndia *** A few thoughts on maps: 1) Accuracy and quality of maps is critical. I’d caution folks to check out quality and reliability of maps by browsing those maps in areas familiar to them, and if they notice errors in them, in terms of incorrect places marked wrongly on the map, it should serve as a reminder not to rely on such maps. I’ve personally looked at the maps of various global and local players, and find so many inaccuracies, which confirms my belief that the difficult art and science of map-making is not as easy and people may imagine or claim. 2) What’s exciting about Mappls MapmyIndia, as a home-grown indigenous deep tech digital products and platforms company, is that not just did we pioneer digital mapping in India since 1995, when there were no other digital maps available for the country, but back then, and even now, we’ve always built the most cutting-edge tech to build the most capable maps and empower our customers, users and developers with the most comprehensive and advanced solutions. Over the last 15 or so years, there have actually been many global and local players who have come into the mapping market, yet for some reason or the other, they haven’t sustained or maintained quality. On our side we have continuously innovated in our products and tech - already bringing and making the most advanced featured available into our 4D HD maps covering 360 RealViews and 3D drone and digital twin based maps, immersive views and RealVerses - and focused on solving the needs of Indian consumers and enterprises, and served customers and users with humility, passion and consistency, with a solid and sustainable business model to ensure and provide a long-term reliable mapping solution for customers and the country. 3) Here’s an explainer video of our maps, tech & APIs which focus on how developers, users and customers can leverage our solutions to get their needs solved in the best way. Do watch - you’ll be pleasantly surprised and happy at the offering. 4) To try out as a developer for yourself, visit We’re glad that tens of thousands of developers, and their hundreds of millions of users, benefit from Mappls MapmyIndia Maps & APIs everyday, using both our free plans and our commercial plans. Do try for your own needs as a developer. 5) In one sense, the quality and capability of Mappls MapmyIndia is proven to be better and more useful and valuable through our free consumer Mappls MapmyIndia app (learn more and download from which has gotten love from millions of consumers who are able to navigate safer and better. Some of us have been working and thinking about AI, started before most in AI today were born. To them they absolutely believe they have a lock of the dystopian fear. The saw too many Hollywood movies. I first say the VHS in the 1980s and the opening dialog never left me. The value of experience is it allows you to understand the way of things before the inexperienced can put their shoes on. Another example to learn in this video is Japan was the center of the universe. There was largess and I dare say arrogance. They absolutely were convince they would control AI via the government. It did not work out that way, like it ALWAYS does not work out that way. Each generation has to learn the hard lessons that should be obvious. A renegade group in Canada no one cared about to the thread all others dropped and you have AI today because of it. They were the last group to have been seen by the industry to have produced anything. Today the same playbook is being implemented by the largest AI companies full of zero experience and begging for big daddy government to save us from their scary monster. We turn the lights and show it is just some shadows. The entry prediction is accurate already, yet the world did not end. Watch this and see how really immature so many leaders are acting. Who will save us, millions of open source AI developers making thousands of AI models. And inventing the stuff the central controlled commissars never could have thought of. This is always the way it is. It is not “different” this time. They are too immature to know. Give them grace. Now you know better. Now you know. Speak up.

Recently watched this clip on India's medical tourism boom, and it got me thinking about what's still missing. So I did some quick online research. Our cost advantage over the West is enormous, on almost every procedure. Yet we rank only 10th globally. Behind Thailand, Turkey, Malaysia & Singapore. Because this business isn't won on price alone. It's won on trust. And trust is built in small moments: the airport, the taxi, the ward, the food, the speed of service, the warmth of the welcome & the goodbye. One bad link & the price advantage stops mattering. Hotels worked this out long ago. They map the whole journey & find the 'moments of truth' that make or break confidence. And to help manage those moments, in medical tourism we will have to create a concierge layer that turns a hospital visit into a seamless journey, from arrival to departure. As for expanding locations, Goa & Vizag have the flights & the hospitality infrastructure. Bring in the hospitals & specialists & they could be next. The emerging super-cities like Amravati & GIFT City should plan for health districts now. But frankly, doctors don't follow master plans, they follow medical colleges. That takes 15 years, not 5. India's medical tourism market is set to nearly double by 2030. I think that is inevitable. This is going to be a significant growth opportunity for our economy. However, I believe the real question is simpler: do we just want to be the world's cheapest, or the place people trust to deliver an overall seamless experience? That's going to be hard work to accomplish. It's going to be absolutely essential to do that work, because what we're actually selling is not only procedures, but peace of mind while fixing the body.

The most epic 13 minute AI rant I've heard in 2026 PS: My parent's heard this when I was playing it in the car and thought Jason ✨👾SaaStr.Ai✨ Lemkin went OFF like Stephen A Smith does on first take PPS: Full transcript below [17:00] Harry Stebbings: I I just wanted to ask Jason, if the people that we want are fundamentally different, the developers that we used to hire, we don't because AI writes the code for us. The marketers we don't want, the sales people we don't want—who who do we want genuinely? Like what is the attractive profile? Because your Anthropic’s and your OpenAIs are hiring, so so what are the people that we want in the companies of the future? [17:18] Jason Lemkin: Look, I know it sounds trite, but but the answer is simple. It's just the expression each year changes. We want folks that are genuinely AI fluent. It's pretty simple. Now you know, maybe last year we called them prompt engineers, right? That used to be a job. I don't know if you remember that actually used to be the hottest job on planet earth. Now no one needs a prompt engineer because it's pretty easy to prompt all these tools. That job died. Okay. Um and now we need go-to-market engineers. Um I think that job's going to die. We need—everyone needs so many forward deployed engineers. Like you can't hire enough forward deployed engineers. But uh you know um but Palantir just announced in whatever their their big their big event—they've gotten their deployment times down over 90% with forward deployed engineers. So that may become—so the this wave of disruption for the titles and the specificity, it's also exhaustingly accelerating. But it's really simple. You meet anyone for any role—sales, marketing, engineering, product, QA—they're they're either they're either they can't keep all of the ways they use AI to accelerate their job from spewing out of their mouth, or they're staring at you. It's there's nowhere in the middle. Like, and the person that comes in and says—it's it's it sounds Captain Obvious—but like, you know, you just had the whatever from Lovable, the the marketing head that was super popular on the show, right? She's just spewing AI-native insights into Lovable, right? It's not that complicated. You hire her, Elena, or whatever it is. You just hire her. It doesn't matter whether she's still in college or a junior or a senior or a middler, a left or right. And honestly, if you interview people, I would say of all even of the best startups I've invested in, maybe 30% of the management team meets this standard at best. 30%. Maybe less. And of the interviews I do in general, it's single-digit percents. It's just and in in that sense, it's the same as ever. Like you either lower the bar in hiring or you hire someone that's actually great. And someone that's actually great is so far ahead of you in how to apply to to employ the efficiencies of AI in their role, your jaw falls on the table. The difference is we used to need warm bodies. That's what's changing. We used to need warm bodies to answer the call, to do QA, to do code review, to to get the blue pixel to go from the upper left to the lower right. You laugh, but you need you literally needed to brute force this with humans. With AI, every day that goes by, the AI—you do not need brute force human beings on your team. And that's another reason they're shrinking. Why are all these new companies so efficient? They're just not brute forcing things with humans. They're just not. They're choosing not to. And so these team—all the brute forcers out there—everyone talks about how bloated teams got in 2021. I don't agree with that. I think they got as big as they needed to be when growth was high and you needed humans to do everything. All you look at these teams that that doubled—well if growth continued at 60% like the rate in early 2021 for 5 years or can help me do the math and every single thing a software company did required a human. You were understaffed by your 2021 headcount. You'd be sitting here in 2026. You every office in SoMa would be triple packed and you there wouldn't be enough humans to staff your company. It's just the world changed. [20:33] Harry Stebbings: Jason, you live on the bleeding edge. I think me and Rory see that and I think the world sees that when they hear you every week in terms of how you run SaaS. For all of the CEOs and execs who listen to the show, what would you advise them in terms of determining whether someone is AI fluent when they meet them for jobs, for talent? [20:51] Jason Lemkin: Here's I realized I was just asked this. I just did a review with a super fast startup growing just crossing 100 million and I was asked this question. And one of my favorite executives, I thought his answer was pretty dated and because he gave me an answer that was about 6 months old. The answer 6 months old is: "I look for folks in my team, I look for you know at what tools they play with." Okay, that was a great answer in like summer of 2025. Okay, I tried Lovable last week. Okay, the answer in 2026 is: "What commercial AI tool have you brought into your organization this month?" That's the test. Anyone that is on the bleeding edge that you would want to hire—now there are so many great products in the market. Okay, there is no excuse in any role to have not brought one tool a month into your organization. Okay, there—now there's going to be better and better tools and better and better products as the year goes on. What's the one you did? And you will see folks with their deer in the headlights to this question. What what sales tool? What marketing tool? What product tool? What engineering tool? What did you bring in? Why did you pick it? How does it working? Because if you're at remotely at the cutting edge, you're all over this. You're looking for the next agentic tools that will radically improve how you do business. This is—you think everyone thinks SaaS is at the bleeding edge, right? You know, you know, all we do is we're just looking for the tools and trying them. Okay? Okay, we're one year ahead of everybody else because we did the simplest thing in the world. Like we tried the tools early and we trained them. We trained them for a month. Okay, I'll give you—want hear a horrible example from this week? Super hot AI company valued at 6 billion. Okay, I'm not going to name it. Um, this week yesterday told us we had to quadruple what we spent on their product. Okay, their agent told us, right? And why did this happen? Okay. Well, at this $6 billion company, no one had trained the agent on its pricing properly. No one had tested it. They said, "Well, well, we've been in beta." And we said, "Well, when did the beta launch? A year ago." Okay, these are people asleep at at the wheel. You want somebody who the instant this comes up, they exactly know what the issue is. And "Hey, when I was at Lovable Replit, we trained the agent. This is how we did it. I brought in this tool. I brought in this tool that that Rory invested in last week. It solved all these issues." That's what you want to hear. And if they haven't brought in a tool in the last 30 days, at least deeply evaluated it. I don't really care whether they bought it, but gone so far down the funnel they can tell you—pick whatever tool: Fixie, Regie, GC, AIGC—I don't care how you went through it, you looked at it, you can tell me the eight ways it would improve the productivity of your business and three you didn't. Just don't hire that person because they're going to run your company to the ground. This is the job today. The job today is not to screw around on ChatGPT and to be a prompt engineer. The job today is to bring the best AI and agentic products into your organization and leverage all the hard work that the engineers have done building those products. That's your job. You don't have to screw around. You don't have to be a prompt engineer anymore. You have to be an agent deployment expert. A—this is the new job we're making up today. An Agentic Deployment Expert. That's your job from C-level to junior. Agentic Deployment Expert. Don't hire anybody else. You're going to regret it. They're going to stare at the camera. He's good. Stare at the camera. He's honorable. We could probably just I could slip away, get a coffee, and come back. No. And I I sound exasperated, Rory. And I—but the reason I am is I can just see I can see my best companies doing it. And I can see some companies I've invested in not doing it. And I want to cry. I just want to cry when they have no ADs on their team. I just—like you're flushing your years of your life down the toilet by not approaching your how you're building this company this way. [24:33] Rory: Yes. And at the risk of being positive, it's worth pointing out two things he didn't say. Well, something implicit why he said—Jason didn't do the only hire, you know, he didn't commit the um employment law, I think it's a civil penalty of saying only employ people below X who get the new new thing because he implicitly said anyone can do it provided you're willing to learn. And I think that's the big aha that's one of the positive statements to make here right? Look and I think it applies—I'm always wary of being "Hey, coming across, hey this this is the things that you all have to do." I think it applies to everyone including investors right? I mean I will say I have found that unless you're willing to invest the time learning these tools you actually shouldn't be investing in them. One of my partners Andy had this expression: "You know, if you decide you want to stop learning new things you probably should retire within 6 to 12 months and never write another check again." Maybe that's down to 3 to 6 months at this stage, right? And I think, you know, it's— [25:27] Harry Stebbings: Yeah, I actually I actually had a meeting with mine and Jason's biggest investor the other day and I—pretend he's not here—I said I think he's the most equipped investor for this generation of investing because I don't think anyone quite sits at the bleeding edge like he does on the investor side. [25:42] Harry Stebbings: Why in terms of using the equip stuff? Yeah. Yeah. In terms of using the stuff, understanding understanding bottlenecks, constraints. For sure. [25:51] Jason Lemkin: But can I just add one point? We can just cuz it's so important if it helps people. Okay, we are—and thank you Harry. We're going through these phases. Okay, and when AI started to blow up for real for us, uh call it early 2024, right? Maybe late '23, I wasn't equipped. It was too technical. I wasn't going to go in and figure out—I wasn't smart enough to figure out how to deal with a massively hallucinating LLM API and turn that and turn that into something magical. Kudos to investors and others that that got it in early '23, '22. I mean I remember I—I guess it was maybe SaaStr Annual '23. I was with David Sacks and I did a Q&A and I said, "How you thinking about AI at Craft?" He's like, "Well we're all in. We want 80% of '23 of investments to be AI." I'm like, "Great but like show me the show me the great ones in market." He's like, "They're all prototypes. We're all they're all they're all proof of concepts but we're all in anyway." That's where you kind of had to be in '23 if you weren't investing at like the LLM level. Okay, I wasn't smart enough. Then we went through this weird-ass prompt engineer era where like you you could torture these products to do something good, right? But you had to torture them. You had to like craft these crazy things that made no sense. Now we are in the era where mere ordinarily smart generalists can make these tools do magical things. And literally I go to these meetings and people be like, "I don't know how to like this is so scary. I don't know how to do this." And we show them our backends. Do you know how to do a workflow generator? Do you know how to do a a decision tree? Like we've been building these since software in the '90s. Okay, if you—I can show you all of our agents. The how they work is novel. They do have to be trained. You can't be lazy and have these agents work. But honestly, the the UI, the UX, the way we interact with them, it's just software. And so my point is: Pick yourself off the ground. This is your time now. If you felt lost in AI era, if you felt like you're behind, you don't understand what all these people are saying on X and Twitter and their Claude and and their and talking about all the 4.6 point Nano point and it's over—like you just it's not your world. This is your time. This is your time for the generalist that knows how to use software tools really really well. And I—this is my last point but it's so important. If ever in your recent life—and this is why you could be all you need to be is young at heart to Rory's point—if in the last three to five years you have successfully deployed a piece of enterprise software of any sort you yourself, not some agency you hired, but if you have deployed it, you can deploy any agentic tool. Any. And you can become the hero in your company and you can become the hero in your functional area. But I watch folks—I'm literally helping a company now that they're adding hundreds of sales folks this year with a new pre-IPO COO—he's not hasn't brought in a single tool, totally scared of it. Okay, it's not that hard. Did you use SalesLoft? Did you use Outreach? Did you use HubSpot? Do you know these tools? If you can deploy these tools, you can deploy a world-changing AI agent. And so this is the time for people like the folks that that were shut out of the AI revolution right now. The generalist folks that are not that know how to deploy software that don't even know how to build software. Like vibe coding for me was folks who knew how to build software, but you didn't have to be an engineer. Now, you just need to know how to deploy software to win with AI agents. That's all you need to know. So many people have these skills and they're petrified of AI. "How did you do that? How did you deploy an AI BDR?" Well, we bought a piece of software, we figured out how it worked for a day, we set it up in an afternoon, and then and then we did spend 30 months training it, which you didn't do with this old software because in the old days, we just had to manually upload all the data, right? And there was no training. The the only non-intuitive part is training these things. And it's it's it's just work. So that's why when I see folks on the management team not doing this, there's no excuse. You do not need to be technical to win with AI agents in Q2 of '26. You do not need to be even 1% technical. Not at all. So it's your time. Or you're going to get laid off. Or you're going to get laid off because you're not going to matter.

So the sidley twins claim they have never talked to me? Lol lol. Tumi 🌸 MeghansMole©️. I did a live with them on my channel in 2023 when they had about 10k subs (I deleted it a while ago). They even made an announcement that they were so excited that I had invited them lol 2. I included them in our WhatsApp group with a bunch of youtubers to introduce them and help them grow. They stole the cellphone numbers and then ghosted me. 3. I brought them on the Royal Mess in the Shaun Attwood channel lol 4. I hadn't talked about them AT ALL in my channel until they attacked Lauren the Insider. 5. In one of our telephone talks which now they claim we never had, they told me they were going to come on my channel, when they failed to show up, I did message them asking them what happened and to re schedule and they never replied 6. Link Lauren ghosted me after befriending the Twins and Dan (odd isn't it?). The same thing happened with another youtuber whom I had on my channel. He even canceled his Toronto tour without telling me after I was helping him get sponsors for that leg of his tour. No courtesy at all. It's all a mean's girls club. No grace, no backbone, gaslighting and lying. No loyalty. 7. She says I am 'odd'. She is an almost 50 year old woman bragging HER MOM bought her costumes. What are you? 5? Living at her parents home, without a job, screwing another woman's husband because no single man will touch her, BUT, I am odd? Lol you do you boo. 8. I did tell them that someone called Food God had reached out to me from California warning me that they were liars, nasty and made stories up. That they claimed to be wealthy and other stuff which was all made up. I did reach out to them to let them know and to watch out. At the time I thought, this person was badmouthing them. He was proven right.

Exposing Demus Pixx Darm. Is this really the competitive scene you want, Fortnite Competitive ? Normally, I wouldn’t care, just like I haven’t for the past few years, but we’re tired. Tired of it always happening to us. Tired of how impossible it is to compete on equal terms. It feels like it’s no longer about who’s better. It’s about who has more connections, who does more teaming, and who threatens others harder. We want to expose three situations that are clearly prohibited in the official FNCS rules, and that completely break the values of fair competition. ----------------------- 1. Repeated griefing and intentional suicides to prevent us from qualifying The team doing this was already qualified. And because we were their biggest threat in their POI, they spent the entire final part of Day 2 looking for us, pushing us, and leaving matches on purpose just to requeue and keep griefing. In the clips, you can clearly see how they eliminate us and immediately suicide just to requeue and find us again. In one game, when we weren’t even in the lobby, they just stood still looking for our names and stream sniped to keep griefing. They’re not trying to win or qualify. They just want to prevent us from doing it. 🟥 This clearly breaks: · Section 8.1.3 – Game Sabotage “Players shall not engage in game sabotage… or any activity harmful to the enjoyment of Fortnite by other users as intended by Epic.” · Section 8.2.1 – Competitive Integrity “Any form of unfair play is prohibited by these Rules.” “Intentionally Disconnecting from Fortnite after you or a member of your team takes damage…” · Section 8.2.2 – Collusion “Feeding: Intentionally allowing oneself to be eliminated by an opposing player.” While this isn't traditional “feeding,” they are intentionally dying after targeting us, only to requeue and do it again. That’s sabotage, and it clearly violates the spirit and intent of these rules. ----------------------- 2. Systematic teaming with friends from their country 🇵🇱 There is no competitive integrity when 100% of the games are played the same way, by the same two teams trading surge, never finishing kills, and never actually fighting. This isn’t a real contest. It’s always the same surge base, the same damage pattern, and zero intent to eliminate. In one clip below, they even knock each other and have a launch pad right below them, but don’t use it. Because they’re friends. Let’s be clear: Kombek is in our heat, and he’s openly friends with Pixx Demus. If they’re teaming in customs, how can we trust that when we fight their friends during Heat 1, Kombek won’t rotate to back them up? It’s happened before. And it keeps happening. 🟥 This clearly violates: · Section 8.2.2 – Collusion “Teaming: Players working together during the Match while on opposing teams.” “Planned Movement: Agreement between two or more opposing players to land at specific locations and move through the map in a planned way before the Match begins.” “Communication: Sending or receiving signals (both verbal and non-verbal) to communicate with opposing players.” This isn’t strategy. It’s blatant system abuse, and everyone sees it. ----------------------- 3. Coaching and pre-planned griefing across heats They’re coaching teams (friends) in other heats to grief the players contesting their spot, so that if those friends qualify, they’ll get a completely free drop in Grands. They’re manipulating the tournament before it even begins, and the worst part is that they post about it publicly, proudly. And maybe this would make some sense if later that teams planned to contest Demus, Pixx or Darm in Grands, but they don’t. They’ve already agreed beforehand not to land on them. They’re just helping eliminate threats now so they can keep the drop uncontested later. This is about: - Coaching others to do their dirty work - Cross-heat griefing coordination - Securing free drops before even qualifying 🟥 This breaks: · Section 8.2.1 – Competitive Integrity “Each player is expected to play within the spirit of Fortnite and these Rules at all times during any Event Match.” “Utilizing outside assistance regarding the location of other players… or any other information not otherwise known to the player by the information on his or her own screen.” · Section 8.2.2 – Collusion “Any agreement to intentionally influence the outcome of any match or Event.” This isn’t a one-off case. It’s deliberate, long-term structural manipulation of drops, heats and the entire competitive system. ----------------------- Where’s the fairness when you load into a game? What chance do new or unknown players have if they don’t have the right connections? Do you really want a competitive scene where abusing the system, not skill, is what works best? And no, this isn’t “contest” These are 10 out of 10 games between the same two teams, building the same surge bases, trading damage, and making each other’s games infinitely easier. There’s no midgame. No map strategy. No real rotations. Just teaming and abuse. This is not the Fortnite we fell in love with Remove surge. Or at least: - Penalize repeated surge trades between the same teams - Prevent infinite surge exchanges between friends - Punish ultra-late rotations after fake trades Do something. Anything. Because this isn’t what competitive Fortnite was meant to be. We just want to compete. Show what Spain can do. Play fair. Real 3v3s. No alliances, no coaching favors, no manipulation. We appreciate any support on this post. We’re doing it for our region. We deserve the same right to compete as anyone else. We can’t stay silent when: - We’re being teamed on - We’re griefed in 5 straight games - Others are being coached to cone us We’ve already reported everything. And we encourage anyone who’s gone through something similar to report it too. We have clips, proof, screenshots, and we’re ready to provide whatever is needed for a serious investigation. All we’re asking for is a fair chance to compete. There needs to be a line. A precedent. If you care even a little about this game, it’s time to act. And let’s not pretend this is new. Every season it's the same. Hogman Loomin Leven Tocata Evanosaurus “Unrawrl Engine 5.8” Rex Fortnite_ES
