@focustip_ Always check your numbers Blood pressure Blood glucose Cholesterol etc. Reduce your numbers naturally by intermittent fasting. with health diet (50% protein, 25% veggies, 25% carbs), (0% processed food). Lord have mercy on us all (amen) 🙏
