The second clip is just her realizing he’s in the wrong universe not that he’s in danger. The last clip her spider sense goes Off because she hears Miles parents. The first just seems like they needed a random ass reason for her to be there

Nah it’s confirmed in the script it’s reacting to Miles

How exactly does she know when specifically he is in danger? Her spider-sense only goes off when she or he is in danger.
