It’s so obvious.” So the point of the joke was, he was generating subversive common knowledge. Idi Amin who saw the future did everything to make Ugandan economy boom by making several Ugandans begin businesses all over the country, despite being labelled a Dictator and being sanction by several European countries and America. They even make a movie about him to proof they were right. Idi Amin did everything to nationalize every businesses and industry after removing most Asians and Europeans who were controlling businesses in Uganda while using their own currency. Today white ppl in Uganda have hotels, restaurants etc where you can not enter if you are Black in your own country unless you are accompanied by a white person.
