Of course, maybe all of that builds up and causes the pain later. But honestly, I’m totally fine when I’m jumping. Dancing is what’s kind of tough. The range of motion in my knees keeps changing. So that’s when it hurts. Jumping is fine. Really. Stairs are tough. Stairs are so hard. Going up and down the stairs—it seems like such a small thing, but that’s actually when it hurts the most. Other than that, I’m fine. You don’t have to worry.

🆑️: i had the thing there with the elastic (bungee jump) but i couldn't jump [demonstrates]. i did not jump... that was a waste of time, that's what i told myself. but that motivated me to do parachute CS: cause it doesn't depend on you jumping, depends on another man jumping 🆑️: true, so i had no choice love how he does 300 crazy adventures but he draws the line at bungee jumping 😭
