Starmer is under the false impression that rhetoric is an actual outcome. His whole life all he has had to do is to be more persuasive than the other side. Nothing gets ‘done’, just winning the argument in a court of law. No outcome, nothing built, delivered or made to work. Nothing. Because the majority are not persuaded by him nothing he says has any impact. All we see is another pile of promises which will not be kept.
