This woman spent $80 on tortillas she was on a waiting list for. They were super authentic, hand made in Kansas. I know right? It doesn’t even look like she got much for what she spent and I can’t believe people are spending that kind of money on tortillas made in Kansas. I would have to ought they were from a super authentic location. In several occasions I did buy some Ramen from Japan when I was younger. I be been eating ramen all my life but only the instant kind. I’ve never had the real deal up until that point. The website stated that it was from Sapporo Japan and it was authentic. It was almost $40 a bowl shipped. I ended up getting 4, each a different flavor. When I got the box, it was packed nice with dry ice and cold packs. It arrived in good shape and all but the one I noticed was it was shipped from NYC and not Japan. I contacted customer service and they said yes the recipe is authentic from Japan. I imagined it being cooked for hours at a little restaurant in Japan, not a Japanese recipe made here. Although I couldn’t completely call it a scam because it did taste good and I had friends from Japan try it and even they said it was very close to the point a person who lived there couldn’t tell the difference. But somehow I still felt scammed because it wasn’t actually made in Japan. Does that make a difference to you at all, can something be made elsewhere still be considered authentic? Maybe they need to reword their ad and say it’s made from an authentic recipe not made in Japan.

I’m not really a mac n cheese fan at all but this is the recipe I use when I make it for my fam who loves it. except I use nicer cheeses than she does also I enjoy a parmesan and panko crunchy topping not just a cheese topping. But I do like her technique and style tho. cheers 🫶

If I have a plug or a hack to get a better deal or more food, would I share it online? Probably not, the chances that it would ruin it me or the company is pretty high. Especially if other locations catch on. I feel that if I shared this, what would happen is more and more people would try to take advantage of it and the store would issue a policy to stop it. What I’m conflicted about is, by ordering a taco in a bowl, I would be getting a $15 bowl for $4. Is it my fault the company has a loophole like that, or should I even feel guilty about exploiting it if it’s only for my benefit? Or is it a scenario where everything is fair game because the restaurant allows us to do that. Whose fault is it that we figured out how to get their pricier item for less? Someone else called it theft, but is this really theft if it’s allowed? They allow us to put our taco shell in a bowl. They allow us to ask for as many extras that we want. So would I really be the bad guy for taking advantage of this? I figured if this was a real issue the store would have stopped it, and to this day as far as I know, anyone can still do this. When I get a chance this week I’ll go and try to do this again to see if it still works, I’ll keep you posted.

When I am at the gym and I see somebody’s water bottle there or a towel or something. I know they just stepped away for a moment and that the machine is occupied. Out of respect I won’t move it out of the way only for them to come back and have to explain themselves anyways. This young lady on the machine left her water bottle on it because she stepped away for a moment to use the restroom only for somebody else to come by and try to use it in her place. Would you have understood the etiquette or is it just a free for all? When I first started working out I was unfamiliar with the gym etiquette. Some people just got done with a hard set and need to stand up and walk for a few moneys or get a drink of water and they use it as their rest period so that they can go back at it. Interrupting that process is the same thing as booting them off the machine mid workout. It’s rude and uncalled for but why does it keep happening? I think what it is, is that some people are very judgmental, they see others and think that they are more serious about working out than the other person so that to them it means they are entitled to use it first because their workouts are more important. I used to let them do that to me but no more. I treat it as first come first serve, if they don’t want to wait then maybe they need to avoid the gym during peak hours. This is the very reason I work out in the middle of the night most of the time. I rather not be bothered and if I need to take my time I can, most of the time nobody else is even there anyways when I go.

I was curious… in the beatles george harrison was a younger member and he felt, even if they got much older, that somehow he was always the junior and they all treated him like that and it got very frustrating for him. I wonder if there’s any aspect of that for you? 🐰: no! I love being the youngest! because even though we are adults now, for my whole life I was the youngest in my family, and the youngest in my group, and at work I was always the youngest of all the staff. 🐰: I’m so used to that now so when I’m in a group setting… how should I say this? I’ve always felt very comfortable feeling like the youngest! that’s how I feel now😆

This couple is having a wedding that will reflect who they are. They openly don’t seem to care if anyone will actually go or not. I think weddings are a celebration for everyone to join in for a special day. But I also think that offending guests before they even go might be a decision that will turn in a decision full of regret. So here’s my take on this. The way I see it is that they are going to be disappointed. I know others might argue and say that it’s selfish for the guests to not go because of the conditions set forth by the bride and groom, however it goes both ways. If they know guests won’t like the conditions of the wedding, then maybe they should compromise a little. I think they should give people options. I feel that this is going to show the bride and groom who is actually their real friends and who aren’t in their eyes. They won’t care if the guests don’t like the wedding rules, they are going to expect them to go because they think that their attendance shows that they care and that they are local.

💭 I had a fight with my mom - how can I make up with her? 🐿 Well, that depends on the reason, but although it’s not often, when that happens to me sometimes, honestly, just like any son, I tend to get irritated and snap a lot too. And since it’s a time when parents are curious about many things, and since it’s been a long time since we’ve lived apart, they can’t help but be curious even about very small things. 🐿️ To be honest, I didn’t understand that before, but these days I try to understand it. I think I’ve had quite a few conflicts with my parents because of things like that - not anything big, but issues from my side. Since I live my own life, I used to think, “Why are they curious about things like this?” or “Isn’t this obvious?” But from my parents’ perspective, they haven’t lived my life, so they worry and get curious - it’s all the same, even if it seems trivial. 🐿️ For example, I go to the recording studio, or I go to the workspace. Actually, a long time ago I explained this once, but to me, a recording studio and a workspace are different - they’re completely different. But from my parents’ perspective, if they don’t know, recording studio and workspace sound like the same thing. So if I say I’m going to the recording studio, they ask, “Are all the members going together?” And if I say I’m going to the workspace, they ask, “Are all the members going together?” and say things like, “Why are all the members going to the workspace?” Even though it’s different. There are many things like that. 🐿️ So I think that’s why this kind of thing happens. It still happens sometimes now. 🐰 i didn’t want to reveal information about my holidays in real time so i didn’t send any dms. even if i meet moas around, i would tell them that i’m on a vacation and i am okay to take pics and give out signatures but upload them after a week. i also explained that if they upload them now, they might disrupt my holiday so during the time of my holiday, there wasn't any posts being made that they saw me so i was really thankful to the fans that i met there. however, even though such posts have not been made, there are people that come and find me at the airport and i really am not happy at all to see them and it makes me really uncomfortable so i really hope that you don’t do that again.

The joy and competitive nature that they displayed, I wanted to be a part of that. And I say it all the time, going through rehab and being injured is lonely. It's not intentional. I couldn't practice for a while, I couldn't be in the game. When they were on the court, I was in the weight room, having to do my own thing. So you feel isolated, in a sense. “But I just expressed that being around as much as possible, going to games, being on the plane, really made me feel like I was still very much a part of the team, and how thankful to the group for just being themselves. I was thankful to the coaches that extended their days a lot by helping me during rehab and on the court and pick-up games [for] my conditioning. So I really just kind of telling everybody in the room that they all played a part in essentially helping me get to this moment.”

PSA FOR ALL WOMEN ON THE BIRTH CONTROL PILL: I’ve been waiting to share my story until I felt like I had enough time to make my conclusion. It’s been 2 1/2 months since I stopped taking birth control. I had been on the pill continuously, having no periods whatsoever, for 18 years straight. That’s what I was told to do by multiple gynecologists, so I lived my entire adult life not really understanding all that “women business”… I also never questioned the pill, until now. You see, almost all girls my age at that time were put on the pill. It was normal, it was the “responsible thing” to do. I recently decided to get off the pill so that I could regulate my body before having a baby, but I had no idea how different I would feel getting off the pill. I’ve never been super anti-pill and I’m not necessarily now either, but I do want women to know that if you taking this your whole life, you may feel much different getting off of it. Maybe even BETTER (in my case) I’ve had two real cycles now and despite having to deal with a period again, I still would not want to go back on pill. It saddens me to think that I took it all those years thinking it had no impact on me. Now I believe, it did. I never really noticed drastic side effects but I think because I’ve taken it since I was a 15-year-old girl, having the pill in my system became who I was. I’ve noticed, and so has my fiancé and others around me since stopping the pill that I feel much more grounded, trusting of myself, and WAY less anxious. As someone who struggled with chronic anxiety, pure OCD, and mood issues my entire life, I wonder how much of this is attributed to the pill. I feel like young girls are told that it is their burden to carry, or that they need it because God forbid if they have a kid their whole life would be ruined. I’ve never questioned how detrimental the pill would be to my mental health, and now I’m starting to feel a bit regretful that I didn’t investigate this sooner. It’s really a personal choice and I hope that more women wake up to the possibilities that are outside of the pill. I wanted to wait for a while before I made my conclusion and I really do feel much different. Ladies, have you gotten off the pill and did it change your life for the better?

This woman was 12 minutes late to the gate and the airline gave their seats to other customers with standby tickets. The rules are rules for a reason but if the gates are still open, is this just being petty? They are there now so I don’t see why they can’t just have the seats they paid for. I remember when I was almost sprinting to the gate because the watch j was wearing stopped working, I just didn’t know it. I thought I had plenty of time so as I walked to get something to eat I saw some of the gate time displays and in the corner of the screen displayed a time. I was confused because when I looked at my watch it said 1:30pm, my flight left at 2:30pm and the time on the screen was 2:25pm. I kept walking and passed a gift shop that had a clock and it also said 2:25pm. I hurried to the employee at the shop and asked what time it was and they pointed to the clock meaning that was the actual time. I took off to the gate because I knew there was a big chance I wasn’t going to make my flight. I got there right at 2:30pm. They were getting just letting the last people on. I had my ticket in hand and she said she had to make sure I could still board. Initially when she walked back she had a worried look on her face as if she had bad news, I was prepared for the worst but luck was on my side as she said they agreed to let me on. My next flight I wasn’t so lucky but I will save that for another time. My luck ran out for the rest of the day though, it made me think if I was better off missing that flight. The guy I was sat by snored bad, I had a delay at my next connecting flight, and the food they gave me made me nauseated but I was still thankful I made it home on time.

This woman was 12 minutes late to the gate and the airline gave their seats to other customers with standby tickets. The rules are rules for a reason but if the gates are still open, is this just being petty? They are there now so I don’t see why they can’t just have the seats they paid for. I remember when I was almost sprinting to the gate because the watch j was wearing stopped working, I just didn’t know it. I thought I had plenty of time so as I walked to get something to eat I saw some of the gate time displays and in the corner of the screen displayed a time. I was confused because when I looked at my watch it said 1:30pm, my flight left at 2:30pm and the time on the screen was 2:25pm. I kept walking and passed a gift shop that had a clock and it also said 2:25pm. I hurried to the employee at the shop and asked what time it was and they pointed to the clock meaning that was the actual time. I took off to the gate because I knew there was a big chance I wasn’t going to make my flight. I got there right at 2:30pm. They were getting just letting the last people on. I had my ticket in hand and she said she had to make sure I could still board. Initially when she walked back she had a worried look on her face as if she had bad news, I was prepared for the worst but luck was on my side as she said they agreed to let me on. Jesus christ we had no idea how bad it was. -During the Hogwarts Legacy controversy, Silvervale had a call with Gunrun, someone she admired. She says she was told she was “a disappointment,” “harmful to the brand,” and that her harassment was “an inconvenience” to other talents. She was told not to speak to them and was suspended from streaming. -When they left, they were discredited to staff and painted as greedy for asking for more money. (Nyanners backed this up on stream previously.) “So many horrible things just to avoid the truth that they were stealing from us.” VShojo announced Silver and Vei’s departures together to make it seem like a joint decision and blocked Nyanners from leaving at the same time. “They held her hostage.” -Silver later found out she was slandered to artists, companies, and business partners she had worked with through VShojo. -Her first VShojo contract had no exit clause. -“I made more money in the first few months of Mythic than my entire time at VShojo.” -“The threat of them suing me was very real and it haunted me for a very very long time. Even before it was announced that I was leaving... I had just mentioned in my Discord just like casually that I was stressed and needed to cancel the stream and they contacted my lawyer because of that and threatened to sue me if I hinted that I was leaving or unhappy at all. Just because I said I was stressed so imagine if I said anything else. They were watching us like a hawk. I see this all the time when I am out and about in the winter, the patent is bundled up and the kid isn’t. Sometimes it’s even as bad as the kid is wearing just a t-shirt. If my kid didn’t have a jacket and I was low on funds I would go without before my kid didn’t have a jacket. Worst comes to worst if I had to get one from a thrift store I would do that too, anything for my kid not to go cold like that. This woman was criticized because she refused to spend $35 for a coat for her kid in the winter. She thinks it’s too expensive. Last winter my kid came home from school in a jacket I didn’t buy him. He already has a few really nice and warm jackets that he picked out at the Polo store. But I guess the school had a program that gave new coats to every child. Was I wrong for this? I made him return it because he didn’t need it. I feel like the coat they gave him could have went to a child that actually needed it. He was fine with it because it wasn’t a brand he normally wears anyways. But I think the school should have been more selective about who they gave these coats too. There are kids out there that go without and could benefit, but my kid isn’t one of them. Am I a jerk for that? I feel like he wasn’t going to wear it anyways and I see other kids at his school that didn’t have coats.

There's a reason most isekai lazily never address the human world again or bring up what the parents or people in the heroes lives are doing because that would require work and probably make the story more depressing. Plus it would require exploring their lives before this and showing that besides their emo bs they had people that loved them... Hell, I think future still did it best. Hell, at least in my stories, SharpStorm and Wild Wild Star, I have my characters going to another world... I make it clear that in chapter 1, that in one his old man was in on it and is covering for him on earth and in the other the kids grandma is doing the same. Because if not even if they return it'll be a chaos make sense of.
