I’m so sorry but this is the new worst Mega design out of EVERY Mega IMO. Never liked Floette,this was a chance to make it more epic,or at the very least just make its actual face or body a bit different…instead they just give it a bigger,more boring flower I havent beat the game yet and I know this is a Mega exists for the story, but it doesn’t matter. This design and its animations below is what we get and it’s just so uninteresting and uninspired. Sure it’s the same concept as Mega Kangaskhan…but worse. Only the flower Mega Evolves but the flower isn’t a pokemon, it doesn’t have a character or a face (or a good animation to demonstrate its own sentience). I get that it’s because it’s following the whole Floette line gimmick of just their flowers changing. But it’s just not good. I would’ve at least preferred that it evolved into Florges gained a new color and then its Mega would just gain this same flower🤷‍♂️ The shiny is bad too lol

CONFIRMED: Did you know that in many of Mega Eelektross’s move animations it flips on its side so that it and its arms fully form a traditional Japanese fish kite/streamers, Koinobori! ALSO it actually forms a capital E for Eelektross. Kinda like how Mega Malamar forms an M👀

Their battle was awesome! What I love most is they added the Pokémon Legends ZA battle music! I don’t love anipoke logic sometimes though… Lucario hit Mega Falinks by targeting the poor guy in the middle, as if the Mega somehow has a flaw. HE’S THE STRONGEST SOLDIER😭

Idk fam… Greninja might actually need to be on the team. While it being upside down 90% of the time is forever awkward… it fully embracing moving around like an aggressive helicopter, kinda works😂 I kinda really love how it looks crouched on the star!

They are truly some of the best designed Pokémon of Gen 9 and it’s so good to finally see them together in Horizons. They really show that, yeah Ceruledge is cool, but Armarouge is equally cool with its Mega-Man, mega buster cannon. This had been a long time coming!

Cells VS Viruses: A possible theme for Pokémon LegendsZA? Horizons is clearly drawing many parallels to Z-A and even X & Y, but one of the most interesting IMO is that Rakurium might be its own parallel version of Zygarde. This episode went in depth on explaining how Rakurium works like cells,and then it went on to show that Zygarde is made of Zygarde cells. I don’t think this is a coincidence. We also know that the ultimate weapon could’ve originally been a virus-like Pokemon but then it was cut. So is Rakurium some sort of virus that affects a being’s cells? Could we see a parallel to Rakurium in Z-A? Maybe they bring back this virus Pokémon as the “A” in Z-A to rival Zygarde?
