But I’m not saying you always have to be okay. When you’re not feeling okay, when you’re feeling down, and when you’re overwhelmed, just know ‘ah that’s how I feel right now’ and just get to know what it is you want. I know it won’t be easy, but it’s all about the process, everyone. It’s not easy for me either. But I can’t give up on myself that way either, you know?
