I like to use this example. If someone plants some tree seeds as a conservation effort in a forest, and someone else came in and dug them all out, these same people would protest and say that's the same thing as killing trees / forest. They understand the logic behind a fertilized egg, they just want to pretend it isn't a child so they can feign ignorance instead of facing the dire sin that it is, murder of their own child, and God's creation. The experiment has shown that as abortion and sexual "freedom" have gone up, mental health and suicides have gone up dramatically. It's never too late. Repent, and seek the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus has a plan for all of us.

I'm starting to think Roe v Wade and the widespread and easy access to abortion has had a terrible effect on women's accountability in general. The ultimate accountability having sex beings with it, getting pregnant, trained women for millenia to be cautious and responsible regarding sex. And this accountability bled over into all phases of their lives. Roe blew that up. Then we had the slogan of "safe, legal, and rare." Then that got destroyed by feminism and the cultural shift away from prudence. And accountability went with it. Now we have a generation of women who don't have any accountability around sex. And that bleeds over into all aspects of their lives. What was once a training mechanism for being accountable with one's behavior in general is no longer in place at all. So we have several generations of women who don't take accountability for anything they do.

They use these buzzwords so they feel less guilty about their actions in taking a life, but the one thing they refuse to take is accountability and responsibility. Society treats sex more like a toy than a sacred form of intimacy between couples which is why people lack responsibility. She cares more about having sex rather than the consequences that come from it even though she's very much aware of it. It's haunting to see how much she would sacrifice a baby over giving up sex.
