What ever you do, don't purchase anything from HP. Look up the thousands of complaints about HP on google. Customer purchases HP product, purchase 3 year accidental damage protection. Waits more than a year for them to FIX the MISTAKE their incompetent carepack team in India messages up. Multiple phone calls to the Philippines, magically, they finally figure out, whoever entered carepack # put the last 2 letters wrong. Claim they're sending a box, NEVER send the box, then, months later, SAME issue, fix serial #. Customer sends in item which sits in repair for 1 MONTH, no phone call, email or text, calls in to be told wrong serial #. The same serial # the agent who sent the box claimed they fix. Tells customer cannot repair item, gets another case manager who says they will take care of customer, Case manager closes out the case after obtaining the receipt. Customer calls the non working # to the case manager for months, finally, after 4 hours gets a new case manager who offers unfair solution. So much for that prompt repair. 2nd time HP HP tries to replace the $1100 computer with $700 computer.

@HP, with the $6.99 subscription per month to rent a printer, I see it comes with 20 pages per month. Does this also come with KY with that cost?
