This woman called an uber to pick up her and his kids, most of them still young and either required a booster or a car seat. She had at least two children that required a car seat but only had one, and no boosters at all. The Uber driver fearing for their safety, declined her service while she rebutted that she does this all the time with Uber and that it’s fine. Was the woman being unreasonable even though she claims they aren’t going far or was the Uber driver being difficult and should have taken them anyways?

She suffers from seizures and has to have the dog with her at all times. Many pointed out that there is an option to select that you have an animal and someone from Lyft who picks up animals will take the reservation. But, it does cost more. But others pointed out that her dog is not a pet, it’s a service animal and by law, they cannot refuse the ride.
