So which one is better?

First one looks way better, but also feels like uncannily smoooth to me- maybe try animating it on 2s and see how that comes out?

I'm not noticing anything too different between the two so I can't really say..

@TheBlueGale what was it originally, was the source animation on 3s? and have you been adding new in-betweens for animation like that in this project? because i'm torn between accuracy and fancy extra detail, tbh

@TheBlueGale I add extra frame only this specific cut other than I don't any extra thing unless sega cd version have it

first one, the mountain is consistent with the way every static object moves with the camera in the other cuts

Definitely the 1st one. The 2nd one feels too choppy and out of place with the rest of the shots. I feel like it could a bit slower though? Not sure if that’s possible without messing up timing. It just feels like it disappears too quickly for what seems like an important shot.

First. Linger on Little Planet a bit before panning down the chain, and then make the mountain panning a bit slower. (Had a Sega CD when I was a kid.) But seriously, amazing project!!! 🥳🤩

First imo, second looks a bit stiff and less fluid/natural, especially compared to the rest of the animation coming before AND after it

I think it would be better to have a middle term between the two, the lack of frames can add some weight to the animation but I think that on 3s is a bit much, maybe on 2s would look better
