It happened..... For the first time ever, I forgot to end stream, launched a game, and went on to stream without knowing😭😭😭. This shit is so cooked.... What I learned from watching this back is that I yap to myself a lot. The whole last 10 min of my vod I was unaware I was live, someone even raided, man, thank god all I did was mumble about playing a game I hadn't in a while and I didn't dox myself 😭

This part breaks and heals my heart at the same time 💔Mingi’s words are full of wisdom, as always🥺 🐥 I was full of arrogance in the beginning, but after I made my debut, I felt so small. From then on, I lost a lot of my mental strength. As soon as I made my debut, I thought I was the best and I thought I was in first place. That’s why those aspirations, that tenacity, and that something about me - my self-worth - was so high. But after that, it was destroyed in an instant. 🐥 I lost a lot of my self-worth, and I started to feel like I was worth nothing. I started to doubt if there was any reason for me to be in this group. When I feel that kind of self-disgust, I think it’s important how I overcome those thoughts. In my early days of my debut, I think I only had a pretty packaging on me. I used to think, ‘I’m doing well, what more can I do?’ But after that pretty packaging came off, I had nothing inside. So I think it took me a long time to fill myself up. Now, even if I break down once in a while, I just go back to the human Song Mingi, and I look for the things I like one by one, and then I think, ‘People will like me a bit now, right?’ Since we’re celebrities, we need to satisfy the people to a certain degree. But I think we still have to satisfy ourselves in the process as well. I think I try to find a harmony between the two in my head. 🐥 It took me a long time to build this up, but I think the process of building myself up, unlike building a sand castle, you build it up little by little. So I feel like, internally, I have become more resilient, compare to before.

George Lucas on how he had to reluctantly write the screenplay for 'American Graffiti' (1973) & the confidence he gained from the movie's success: "When I was doing 'American Graffiti' (1973) I was still struggling with my ‘I don’t want to be a writer’ syndrome. I had some good friends of mine that I wanted to write the screenplay, but it took me like two years just to get the money to do a screenplay. And I got a little tiny amount of money and—which I had to go actually to the Cannes Film Festival to get on my own. So finally I got this money. I called back and I said, you know, “I got the money. We can start working on the screenplay.” And they said, “Oh, we don’t want to do that now. We’ve got our own low-budget picture off the ground and we can’t write it.” I said, “Oh no.” I said, “What am I going to do? I am in Europe and I’m not going to be back for like three months and I want to get this thing off the ground.” So they recommended another student from school that I knew pretty well. I had a story treatment that laid out the entire story scene by scene, so I called him over the phone from London and I said, “Do you want to do this?” And he said, “Okay.” The person I was working with at that time as a producer made a deal with him for the whole money because there wasn’t very much. It was so tiny that he could only get him to do it for the whole amount of money. When I came back from England, the screenplay was a completely different screenplay from the story treatment. It was more like 'Hot Rods to Hell' (1967). It was very fantasy-like, with playing chicken and things that kids didn’t really do. I wanted something that was more like the way I grew up. So I took that and I said, “Okay. Now here I am. I’ve got a deal to turn in a screenplay. I’ve got a screenplay that is just not the kind of screenplay I want at all and I have no money.” And, I spent the very last money I had saved up to go to Europe to make the deal, so I had nothing. That was a very dark period for me so I sat down myself and wrote the screenplay. At around 8 this morning I was only at about 166 degrees when it decided it was going to rain so I hurried up and took it inside and finished it in the oven. I pulled it at about 200 degrees and I knew I was going to rest it in the cooler so I figured I would have 5 degrees to spare. A four hour rest in the cooler turned into a 6 hour rest because I fell asleep and overslept. The bark wasn’t as crispy as I like it to be but the meat is tender and juicy, it cuts easy and falls apart in your hand. Over all it turned out good. I think I’m going to save it for special occasions or when I have a lot of time on my hands.

SOULQUEST IS FINALLY OUT ON STEAM! It's real, after almost 7 years, the days of doubting if the game will see the day of light are over. Thank you so much to all my Kickstarter backers and the people who supported this game for so long. It's definitely not a perfect game, but I tried my best to make a kickass combat for a 2D game, which I would love to have played in 2019 when I started this project. ⭐️: I honestly spent so much time thinking about it. At first, I kept wondering if it was the right choice. Every time I looked in the mirror, it felt unfamiliar and a little awkward. And I think there are certain shades of blonde that suit me, and others that just don’t feel like me. But I really, really thought about it a lot. On top of that, there were times when I was out and about and had to deal with some not-so-great reactions because of it, so I had a lot of worries. I kept going back and forth in my head. When I wore that outfit for the music show performance, I actually couldn’t sleep at all the night before. I had so many thoughts and worries that I was basically fighting with myself. My mood was really bad that day. But even though my body felt like it weighed a ton, I dragged myself to the music show and did it. And while I was there, I was still battling with myself, thinking, “Is this really right? Am I just too stuck in my own perspective to see it clearly? Maybe I’m the only one who doesn’t get it.” But at the same time, I kept telling myself, “We already filmed the music video like this. This is something I have to commit to.” So I went on stage. I was honestly feeling really down that day. I had almost no confidence in myself. But later on, seeing that so many people understood it and liked it made me realise that maybe it wasn’t completely the wrong choice after all. That said, my favourite hairstyle on myself is still black hair. So today, I got my hair and makeup done, looked in the mirror, and thought, “I need to go live.” So here I am.

So, my son-in-law, Dustin, took me shooting and made this video. I brought my trusty .243 that I have not shot in close to 20 years. Some of the targets I hit with it we estimated to be about 400 yards away. This .243 was given to me when I was a boy, and I've killed all but one of my deer with it. Dustin told me he was going to make a video, but I had no idea it would be so professional and entertaining! Thanks, Dustin!

#SEONGHWA about walking the runway for SONGZIO today 🩶 ⭐️: Anyway, what I really wanted to say today is that, honestly, walking the runway has always felt like a dream to me. And now, counting this time I’ve done it three times in total, now twice with SONGZIO, which is a brand I really lov, so it made this an even more meaningful time for me. It was such a meaningful experience. While getting ready backstage, all the models were just incredibly cool.. really, so cool. Seeing them gave me a lot of courage and watching how the staff worked was very inspiring as well. In a way it kind of reminded me of ATEEZ in our earlier days, everyone felt close like a family and it was really nice to see. Yes, I learned a lot and felt a lot through this experience. Last time I was only focused on the runway itself, but this time I think I was able to see things more broadly. I think I saw the whole thing with a broader perspective, I learned and felt things. It was truly so much fun. And in those moments I really felt like I was the main character, I really had fun. Originally, during rehearsal, I was second to last. But the CEO started at the very end, and after I finished, I was waiting like this and I was supposed to go in around the final turn. Then suddenly, he changed the positions. So, unexpectedly, I ended up even doing the finale, and it felt so thrilling. At the same time though I worried whether I might somehow be kind of a burden among such amazing models so that (thought) made me study and practice even more. Even though I personally feel there are still many ways I’m lacking, I also found myself thinking that maybe I was able to be part of the story these people were writing through fashion. 🐶: the 2 weeks promotion period has already come to an end. honestly, since the concert, i had this uncertain feeling and thought "can i really do all this while staying beside the members performing?" but i knew this was something i had to do. i'm the member of the group, it's my job and there's so many stays watching us. since i'm doing this in a way that's different from how i normally would do, i also wondered if it's okay for me to feel proud of myself? i still haven't been able to let go of this promotion period. for the music shows, i was actually the one who asked to participate and join the members. because if i were to be separated from the members, doing rehabilitation and resting alone... of course i know i should be resting. but i just couldn't accept it. honestly, everyone carries their own things while going through life and i didn't want to make what i was going through too obvious. at the same time, i didn't want to cause any inconvenience because you never knew what could happen. for instance, while performing and i suddenly couldn't continue and had to leave the stage midway, that would make things difficult. when one person is missing, someone else has to fill that space and the formation changes. so since i wasn't able to participate in the choreo during the mv filming, i thought it'd be meaningful enough just to able to stand with the members while keeping the original formation. that's what i explained to the company and choreographers. there's always the possibility that i might have to step out in the middle of performance. so even if i was somewhat hidden at the back, i wanted to focus on the fact that that i was still on stage together with them. i wanted to do my best to perform whenever i could. i really tried my best in my own way. those were my honest feelings. everything i've said is genuinely how i felt. so that's why i'm feeling a bit bittersweet and disappointed about everything. even so, i'm really doing my best in my own way and i sincerely mean that.

🐶: the 2 weeks promotion period has already come to an end. honestly, since the concert, i had this uncertain feeling and thought "can i really do all this while staying beside the members performing?" but i knew this was something i had to do. i'm the member of the group, it's my job and there's so many stays watching us. since i'm doing this in a way that's different from how i normally would do, i also wondered if it's okay for me to feel proud of myself? i still haven't been able to let go of this promotion period. for the music shows, i was actually the one who asked to participate and join the members. because if i were to be separated from the members, doing rehabilitation and resting alone... of course i know i should be resting. but i just couldn't accept it. honestly, everyone carries their own things while going through life and i didn't want to make what i was going through too obvious. at the same time, i didn't want to cause any inconvenience because you never knew what could happen. for instance, while performing and i suddenly couldn't continue and had to leave the stage midway, that would make things difficult. when one person is missing, someone else has to fill that space and the formation changes. so since i wasn't able to participate in the choreo during the mv filming, i thought it'd be meaningful enough just to able to stand with the members while keeping the original formation. that's what i explained to the company and choreographers. there's always the possibility that i might have to step out in the middle of performance. so even if i was somewhat hidden at the back, i wanted to focus on the fact that that i was still on stage together with them. i wanted to do my best to perform whenever i could. i really tried my best in my own way. those were my honest feelings. everything i've said is genuinely how i felt. so that's why i'm feeling a bit bittersweet and disappointed about everything. even so, i'm really doing my best in my own way and i sincerely mean that.

Now that i have a full green screen room i thought it was a cool idea to align myself with my avatar in #VRChat and yeah, every move i made in game was shown to players too. (i use the Orion Trackers from SomaticVR) So they see the avatar i use, and the camera see me IRL
