The blue truck didn't use their blinker, forced the white truck to the shoulder, but the white truck was either tailgating or coming up to fast too. In the end, the blue truck will suffer the biggest consequences, but the driver to the white truck looked like he fled the scene of an accident he was involved in.... That's a tough one. The guy in the blue truck. First, he started the whole thing by changing into a lane that was already occupied by another vehicle. Then, when he didn't like the response he chased after the other vehicle to try to cause more problems!

The white truck's actions are debatable. But the blue truck did absolutely everything wrong that he possibly could have. At no point did he do a single thing that a reasonable person could observe and say, "I understand why he did that."
