Under no circumstances should bus drivers be threatened, attacked or threatened to be attacked. If this cyclist was unhappy about something there is procedures in place to report them. After the recent murder of a bus driver I condemn this cyclists actions ….. Bus drivers have a tough job especially in this heat …. Thank you to all the bus drivers out there doing a great job.

I was reading this editorial which said that Govt was to blame for the Beitbridge Bus Disaster. How so? Listening to witness testimonies indicates flawed human judgment played a critical role. They say the driver was driving recklessly fast, and when they complained, he started driving at 20km/hr (chifinhu). When they complained again, he started over speeding. Surely, help me understand how Govt bears a blame for this. Unless you are suggesting that Govt made that road very drivable that people are now speeding on it and therefore Govt should be blamed for investing in very good roads.
