Dear PK - you forgot that Rajiv Kumar is 1984 IAS officer from Bihar cadre and he is an MA holder in Public Policy! During his Govt service - was Secretary, Department of Financial Services / Finance Secy. He also served on Boards of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), SBI & NABARD!
