Social phobia cats

Apparently a lot of cats don't like be around others.

Cat are so cute when they're shy

You can't take a cat out to the park just because one day you decided to. It's too much stimuli for a cat to process if they're otherwise an indoor cat. I know: I tried this. Have to start when they're kittens or somehow slowly introduce the great outdoors to them.

My cat is still like this and hes 14, everytime a stranger comes to my house he either runs outside when they open the door or he hides somewhere in the house.
