A middle-aged woman has been caught at a boutique in Koforidua while allegedly attempting to steal, months after CCTV footage from the same store captured her in a similar act. According to the boutique owner, the woman first visited the shop about three months ago, posing as a customer interested in purchasing clothes. While being shown various items, she reportedly grabbed some and fled before staff could react. The incident was captured by the store’s CCTV cameras, but the suspect managed to escape at the time. On her most recent visit, staff quickly recognized her from the previous footage and kept a close watch. When she attempted to repeat the act, she was caught and detained before she could flee.
