We need to start waking up the realisation that in order to stay civilised, we need to get rid of barbarians out of our system and prevent barbarians from entering it. And that requires, I'm afraid, just an iota of barbaric behaviour by ourselves, by our security services, by the Navy, by our armed forces. We need to rediscover just a little bit of backbone, a bit of strength, understanding that wars, when they take place, may not take place just abroad where we can sanitise it and pretend it's not happening.
