The nozzles haven’t been cleaned in at least 9 months and they’re supposed to be taken off and soaked nightly This is extremely common, I’ll include another video from a McDonalds soda machine, same issue It seems like we have to be careful of everything in America

the famous gas station Buccee’s, but I did stop at one on vacation and noticed something very interesting. Buccees is almost 90% all in-house (generic) soda offerings, probably at a significant cost savings. In fact, they may only have 1 or 2 brand name flavors per fountain machine. I’ve never heard of anyone speaking negative to this. They have mastered this beverage strategy which sounds easy but it’s not. Coca-Cola syrup prices have skyrocketed in cost and they developed a way around it. I can only applaud this. Now - I wonder how many other concepts will start to develop their own flavors. While no one will out do a Diet Coke or regular Coke, the secondary flavors may be fair game 🤷‍♂️ Would use choose any of these flavors over a Coke offering? •Buc-ee's Diet Cola. •Buc-ee's Vanilla Cola. •Buc-ee's Root Beer. •Buc-ee's Sarsaparilla Soda. •Buc-ee's Vanilla Cream Soda. •Buc-ee's Blue Cream Soda. •Buc-ee's Orange Dream Soda Of course you can’t forget to try their brisket and pull pork sandwiches!

This woman is at the Soda Museum & there’s a Jim Crow Era Segregated Coca Cola drink machine there. These were used in the mid 1960’s so black people had to buy their’s on one side & whites on the other. I also read that blacks had to pay a penny more than whites for one.🤬

People passing through Times Square this Christmas season can lift others again by donating to a Light the World Giving Machine. Dozens of people gathered on the morning of Monday, December 2, 2024, at the popular New York City destination to unveil this year’s giving-focused vending machines. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints sponsors each machine. “These Giving Machines afford all of us a very unique giving experience,” said Relief Society General President Camille N. Johnson. “Rather than purchasing a soda or a treat, we have the opportunity to bless those who are most vulnerable, to care for those in need, to address the needs of our neighbors — both those who live right around the corner from us and those who live on the other side of the world.”

These two young women were out for a jog, they decided to stop at their local Starbucks for a drink of water. Starbucks has a new policy that they won’t even give you a free tap water unless you buy something. The young women were outraged that they would deny them water, do you agree they did it to stop abuse or is it just greed? Quite recently I was at a fast food place and the solution they have is quite brilliant. The fountain machine has a scanner on it, the cups have barcodes. The cups barcodes are only good for about 30 minutes and the water cups when you scan it only works on water. So people can’t ask for water cups anymore and fill it with soda or anything else they didn’t pay for. I’ve seen people complain about it but let’s be real, they are only complaining because now they can’t steal the sodas they didn’t want to pay for. I’ve worked in restaurants for a good chunk of my life and I have rarely seen people actually drink water while there. That’s why I know it could just all be a scam. Even in my last post I mentioned how parents were teaching their kids to steal the sodas. Others complain that it’s the restaurant being greedy, and in some instances I’m sure that could be the case. But I know everyone that is reading this post has seen what I’m talking about. Then the same people that are stealing complain why the price of food and drinks go up to combat the loss revenue. In a perfect world where people don’t steal, it would be fine but for now I think this is where we are headed.
