The potential illegal activities by these California courts is while they request federal funding such as Title IV-E and Title IV-D while harming families and kids, see below: My ex is weaponizing the family court through fraud and procedural violations—using our child to block custody based on a nonexistent juvenile dependent exit order in a county that this order cannot be registered legally—to cover up past illegalities. The compromised judges and lawyers follow the logic that "those who break the law must keep breaking it," aiming to permanently sabotage my economic future. In particular, these California family courts allowed my Social Security Number (SSN) to be unlawfully leaked and accessed by multiple unauthorized parties. They enabled my ex and his former lawyer, Adam Ramirez—who, under Governor Gavin Newsom's appointment, is now a judge on the San Joaquin County Superior Court—to use my SSN and the family court mechanism to illegally breach my bank accounts before Ramirez was even officially sworn in as a judge. They stole my bank account numbers, complete transaction histories, credit card details, and other private information, without legal authorization. Their ultimate goal is to steal my proprietary trading strategies and siphon off every potential asset in my accounts, effectively blocking me from starting my investment career, paralyzing my economic operations, and cutting off my ability to raise capital.
