Go here, go to downloads, find whichever one suits you (standard, HD textures, or FiveM), and then use the OpenIV package installer. If you want NVE + this mod like I have, make sure NVE is installed before installing this!

It is crazy how legit this just looks like what GTA four remastered could’ve been. I have to give it to the team. They absolutely killed it. And to think we almost weren’t going to get this map port when Open IV was nearly killed a few years back.
