Amazing documentary from Sweden showcasing how they made iron from raw clay they harvest in a bog. This method is how they made raw materials for tools, weapons and export from the early iron age until the industrial revolution! The first step is to dig up clay rich in iron ore from a bog. The clay is left to dry in piles and then transported to a foundry nearby the bog. At the foundry the first step is the roast the raw material. This is to remove moisture and biological material. The temperature of the fire is around 500-600°C but not higher since the material should not melt yet. This shrinks the raw material to 50% of it's original mass, sometimes to a third of it's original mass. This process takes 2-4 hours. As this happens the men prepare the foundry. In a stone clad hole in the ground with an air vent at the bottom firewood is stacked. When this is lit on fire the men takes careful precautions to not allow it to burn up completely. After an hour the firewood is turned into charcoal used to turn the now refined iron ore into iron ingots. The roasted iron ore is placed into the bed of coal will sink slowly sink to the bottom of the pit as the coal burn with a temperature in-between 1200-1400°C, the men peak into the airhole at the foundry and can tell from the colour of the temperature is correct or if they need to adjust it. The bellows blows 350L of air into the foundry per turn and the entire process takes up to four hours. The lump of iron is still full of slag and byproduct. To remove this its beaten with a hammer on site. At a smiths workshop a smith continue to hammer our out the byproducts until it's refined enough for production! In the forests there are many traces of iron ore refinement. The foundry's can still be found in good condition even if they have not been in use for over 500 years and traces of slag and byproduct still litter the ground.

The Iraqi Dinar: IQD is on the Brink of Something Massive! 🇮🇶✈️ The economic rails are officially being laid down in Iraq, and if you understand how central banking works, all signs point to a major shift on the horizon. Here is why the setup for the Iraqi Dinar (IQD) is looking incredibly bullish right now: * The Ultimate Digital Leap 📱: Iraq is moving to go fully digital with its banking system. While major Western nations are still stuck in the "research phase" of central bank digital currencies, Iraq is aggressively pushing forward to modernize its financial rails. * Massive Banking Reforms 🏦: The U.S. Treasury has issued strict mandates to clean up corruption, update core banking systems, and bring Iraq into full international compliance (AML/BSA compliance). The country is quickly transitioning away from outdated paper processes into 21st-century infrastructure. * Insane Asset Value 🛢️: Iraq holds some of the largest oil reserves on the planet with some of the lowest extraction costs globally. On top of that, the Central Bank of Iraq has been aggressively stockpiling massive gold reserves and U.S. Treasury securities to heavily back and underpin the true value of its currency. * Rock-Solid Economics 📈: Despite regional challenges, Iraq has maintained a remarkably stable 3% inflation rate. This proves that the country has intentionally executed strategic monetary policies to protect its purchasing power, rather than suffering from hyperinflation. * The Crypto Connection ⛓️: Sophisticated investors are tracking a heavy correlation between these central banking overhauls and compliance structures like ISO 20022. Infrastructure improvements are quietly moving in tandem with digital asset utilities like XRP, setting up massive future liquidity plays. The Bottom Line: You don’t buy into an investment when everyone is yelling about it in a state of euphoria—you get positioned quietly while the pipes are being laid. The groundwork is nearly finished. Once the infrastructure is entirely set, it is just a matter of turning on the spigot.

Please don’t misinterpret (and cue the sycophants in 3…2…1…) but bending rules to give 600,000 (it’ll actually be closer to one million) new students from China seats in our universities, to the detriment of American students competing for slots, is not America first. I trust that since the recent promise was made to reserve university seats for this disproportionate number of new foreign students, more and more people are thinking through the inherent problems with the proposal that’s actually the antithesis of putting Americans first. But more so, be aware: negotiating on foreign soil to ask for a share of foreign-sourced natural resources is NOT America first. WE HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH OF EVERY OUNCE OF NATURAL RESOURCES WE’LL EVER NEED. Our domestic supplies of minerals, rare earths, and oil and gas are overly abundant, but they remain locked up while we look overseas for energy sources. This is asinine, short-sighted, unsafe, and not at all beneficial to the average American. We keep hearing the weak and nonsensical argument that we must partner with Ukraine, for instance, to share in mineral extraction over there, in order to recoup some of the money we dump in Zelensky’s pocket. This is crazy, because it’s while we’re still offering up involvement in someone else’s war that America can not afford! What’s the first thing you do when realizing you’ve dug yourself in a hole? You quit digging #NoMoreWar We need to change direction fast. I spent the last week in Benin Republic practicing my Duolingo French and only just made it out before the borders were closed. In all my travels across the continent, I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a people this openly positive about their government and the reforms underway. What really struck me was how consistent the message was. I spent time in diplomatic circles and on the streets. With tech ecosystem leaders and with public-sector folks. Interestingly, many of the public-sector leaders I met were young — people in their 30s and 40s — but they worked with very clear private-sector speed and urgency. From policymakers to founders to everyday people, everyone seemed to be saying the same thing: deep gratitude for the reforms of the last decade and real optimism about what the next 14 years could mean, especially with the private sector playing a stronger role. On a personal level, this trip also changed some long-held perceptions for me. Growing up just across the Sèmè border from Cotonou, Benin always felt like a quiet village next door. That picture stayed with me for years. This time, it was unrecognizable. I travelled well beyond Cotonou into other towns and rural parts of the country, and it was clear that something deeper is going on. There was a sense of coherence — policies actually translating into infrastructure and execution. One moment that really stayed with me was visiting the GDIZ (Glo-Djigbé Industrial Zone). For the first time in my life, I saw an end-to-end cotton-to-textile factory on African soil — from raw cotton all the way to finished textile, in one integrated chain. For a continent that has spent decades stuck at the bottom of global value chains, that experience hit differently. No country is perfect — Benin included — but I left feeling genuinely hopeful. My simple prayer is that NOTHING disrupts this momentum, because what’s being built here matters deeply for the future of the people of Benin.

OF Nolan Schubart (OSU Cowboy Baseball) has some of the most impressive raw power of any college hitter in this year's Draft class. Burst onto the scene as a true Freshman and hit .338/.451/.667 with 20 2B, 17 HRs and 74 RBIs. Schubart followed with an excellent Sophomore campaign to the tune of a .370/.513/.838 slash line with 10 2B, 23 HRs and 68 RBIs. Both his 23 HRs and 68 RBIs led the Big 12. Schubart was a Second Team All-American and earned an invitation to Team USA. Prior to departing for Cary, Schubart had a productive 9-game stint on the Cape in which he hit .300/.476/.667 with 2 2B and 3 HRs. Also showed well for Team USA. Schubart has a pro body at 6'5" and 223-lbs with strength throughout. Particular length in his lower-half. Stands tall in the box with a medium-high handset and his hands in line with his back shoulder. Small stride, drops his hands and wraps his bat a bit in his load. Swing is tailored towards getting the ball up in the air and doing damage. No shortage of bat speed. Hips really fire. Key is keeping the operation direct and connected. Not to get too hyperbolic, but the biggest key to Schubart reaching his ceiling is how much he'll hit. More specifically, how much he'll make contact. Had an overall contact rate of just 63% and an overall IZ contact rate of 71%. Between the Cape and USA it was 68% and 78%, respectively. Particularly susceptible to spin in the bottom and outer-halves of the zone, and heaters in the top-1/2 of the zone. While there are swing-and-miss concerns, Schubart's swing decisions are pretty sound and he chased at an overall clip of 21% last spring. If he can do a better job of picking up spin out of the hand—which in turn would up his contact rate—that will help him maximize his hit tool. Schubart's calling card is his thunderous raw power. His ability to cover the plate with authority is impressive, and he can hammer the baseball to all fields. It's legit HR power to all parts of the yard, the key is just making enough contact to tap into his immense power on a consistent basis in pro ball. Schubart's impact is real (to say the least) and last spring he posted a 90th-percentile EV of 111.6 and a Max EV of 115. Even in his brief stint on the Cape his Max EV was 105.6. It's 70 raw power. Defensively, Schubart has held down LF to this point but he seems destined for 1B/DH professionally. You're buying his power and hoping you can add a couple coats of polish to his hit tool. 2nd Round type for me this July. (📽️: OSU Cowboy Baseball)

When you start digging into how dumb is, the rabbit hole goes deep… In this recent clip, Beff is claiming that humanity's ultimate goal should be to trash all resources as fast as possible — slash and burn the entire cosmos to make thermodynamic entropy number go up — BUT that's okay because the process of building a universe-scale furnace will supposedly be precisely the process by which we'll achieve our moral values to the fullest! Seriously, he's claiming that these two objective functions are functionally equivalent: 1. Grow our flourishing civilization beyond earth and fill the universe with life, love, happiness, wonder, creativity, discovery, art, humor, cooperation 2. Turn every ordered configuration of atoms into chaos in the shortest possible time Watch 3:02 in the video to hear it from him: “It's, you know, the same reason life exists. It's much better to conserve and strategically use free energy to secure more free energy, and keep growing, and have some order, rather than just like, burn all in one go and have chaos, right?” Read that again. That's the load-bearing argument that licenses him to equate claims #1 and #2 above. He's saying: Since life on Earth built beautiful complexity while using up the sun's energy, we can just go ahead and extrapolate that, into me leading a movement to extinguish all usable energy sources as rapidly as possible. Earth teaches us that the faster we extinguish all usable energy sources, the better we'll grow a civilization even more flourishing than the one on Earth! Too bad that if you think about it for 5 seconds, the fly in the ointment of his logic is that optimal free-energy-dissipation strategies like "chuck all the matter into a black hole" don't conveniently dovetail with sane goals like growing our flourishing civilization to fill the universe with life and love. Beff's Effective Accelerationism movement successfully got thousands of people to put "e/acc" in their profile without checking too much into the doctrine. These mostly normal, psychologically-healthy people just prefer a government that doesn't stifle the many forms of good tech progress… Unfortunately these people became Beff's useful idiots, considering the outcome he's explicitly trying to accelerate is the universe's heat death. I'm not exaggerating or misrepresenting him here. Homie wants to accelerate the universe's heat death. His core claim that objectives #1 and #2 above are equivalent — a claim which is FACTUALLY FALSE if you ask any physicist — somehow never gets questioned (or even flagged as questionable) by the people who have a chance to interview Beff. One podcast after another sees fit to wager their show's credibility on a guest who can dazzle listeners with smart-sounding jargon for hours, as long as no one dares to ask him why his movement's central claim is as factually false as Jonah and the Whale. But hey, if you don't ask your acolytes to swallow a factually false claim as part of your core doctrine, are you really leading a new religion or “hyperstition” 🙄? No, you're just like the rest of us jockeying for crumbs of AI venture capital *without* the reality-distortion benefit of a social media demagogue halo. Nor are you getting your thin-skinned ego inflated by a vocal minority of tech figures who accepted or looked past your dumb central dogma (“#1 = #2”) while everyone else took 5 seconds to think about it and now thinks you're a laughingstock.

To the "Don't Split the Vote Crowd". I see your anger at PPC voters, lashing out that we're going to split the vote, and "destroy Canada". My 2 cents, you're actually mad at the party you say you support, because deep down you know that they're going to disappoint you again. They won't debate, or they don't speak up when candidates from other parties are excluded from debates. They insult your intelligence by distilling policy down to three or four word slogans, which they repeat day in and day out for months, while only releasing their full platform after advance polling is done. How cynical is that, that they expect you to vote for them without even giving you a chance to evaluate their platform, with less than a week until you vote? None of their candidates are allowed to say anything but normally just retweet the Leader's tweets. Remember how they treated Christine Anderson? These are the people who will make Canada "The Freest Country on Earth"? You know or will find out soon that their party actually is as globalist as the Libs and that their goals are the same, that's why there's virtually no daylight between the two parties, and that previous CPC PMs signed us up for Agenda 21 and 2030. Are you happy about how your government has treated you over the last five years? How did you like being treated like a criminal if you refused to take a jab, or took it to keep your job or stay in university, even if you didn't want to? How did you like the silence from the "Opposition"? Did you feel like anyone had your back? Do you remember Maxime Bernier and his unwavering support during covid and the trucker convoy, as well as other #PPC candidates? How do you like Drag Queen Story Hour or explicit materials being provided to your young child? How did you like all of the federal MPs falling into line, while your provincial governments locked you up and enforced vax passports & SOGI? Did any of you actually VOTE for this? Or has it been imposed on you by the people you voted for to represent YOU in the House of Commons. How do you like all MPs ignoring the vax injured or dead, and the fact that there's still no accountability for the actions taken during Covid in Canada, unlike other countries? Break the Spell. See the Reality. We Can't Pretend that the Last Five Years Did Not Happen. Vote with your Heart, Vote for Something Different, Vote PPC. Show them that the Status Quo is unacceptable. Figured I’d make a little different post as I did some racing myself last week! I’m coming down off an incredible week Tour of the Gila where I raced in the cat 1 field. I won a stage (yes crazy!), finished 5th overall (also crazy), and won the masters cat 1 40+ overall over Italian legend Fortunato Ferrara. Now after having sometime to reflect I want to share some of the thoughts I had from the race. 1. Family made the racing experience so special for me. I’ve done a lot of bike races, but this one was so good having much of the family together for it. @kourtneydanielson was there keeping me on track, @stevedanielson237 was there grinding in his race at the same time, @alpha_zulu_6 was in “no-fail mission mode” running the race logistics, and Sarah was there inspiring us to dig deep. We just need @stelladdanielson for the next one with the little ones and watch out world! 2. To win you have to be ready to lose. I’ll be honest, racing has so much trauma around it for me I have a long ways to go to really enjoy it, but I am getting there. But what I did “re-experience” was how if you are worried about winning you will often paralyze yourself and not be able to give what it takes. I did have moments where I completely locked into “racing” and just enjoyed going for it. 3. You don’t have to feel well to do well. As a coach I preach this one all the time but man, I really felt it this week. I got that gnarly sinus virus going around and wow, does it bite hard. I really struggled each day on the bike and off the bike I spent wayyyyy too much time worrying about what was going to happen in the bike. Kourtney came to the rescue to keep sending me back out there despite me trying to negotiate with her to sit it out. Wow, I was so glad I did listen to her! 4. The future is bright. Let me tell you, there is some big talent out there coming. I got to race with a lot of the young pros and I also got to hear about the talent coming from my son’s field. There were 5 riders I saw in my race that were all u23 and absolutely could make it to the World Tour. This race always brings talent out, but I would say there is more than in the past this year. I hope these riders keep working hard and team up with someone who actually knows how to get to the world tour. There’s so much to build and the right progression is everything. 5. I’m not done yet. This week was just the beginning of a new chapter for me. Back to work!

Gulf Conflict is going to screw World, especially wrt Oil. Does Bharat need to worry? Let's deep dive before CONgress starts fear mongering to run Chinese Agenda of mounting pressure on #Modi Sarkar to build pressure on #Israel to stop #Iran War. BHARAT NEED NOT WORRY AT ALL! Bharat has 6-8 weeks of crude & crude inventories. 25-30 days LPG & Crude. Even NO immediate plan to raise the prices of Petrol & Diesel. But what if War prolongs? BHARAT STILL NEED NOT WORRY. Bharat's Energy Security? Rock-Solid, Not Shaky! Here's why Bharat needn't sweat over oil supplies—even dodging the Strait of Hormuz chokepoint. Data-driven punch: Let's dive in. 👉First, diversification is our shield. Bharat's crude imports: ~5 mbpd total (Jan 2026 est.). Non-Hormuz sources dominate now—Russia at 1.16 mbpd (25% share, via Indian Ocean routes bypassing Hormuz entirely), US 0.30 mbpd (up 31% YoY from Dec 2024), West Africa (Nigeria/Libya/Egypt) surging to 5%+ combined (Nigeria alone 3.3% in Apr-Nov 2025). Latin America (Brazil/Mexico) adds 2-3%. That's ~40-45% already Hormuz-free! Gulf share down to 55% from 60%+ pre-2022. 👉Avoiding Hormuz? Easy pivot to Atlantic Basin. US/Brazil/West Africa oil sails via Cape of Good Hope—adds 20-30 days transit but zero Hormuz risk. Bharat already ramped US imports to 8.1% (Apr-Nov 2025, from 4.6% prior year). Brazil up big too. Cost? Extra freight ~$1-2/bbl, but beats disruption. Plus, Saudi/UAE bypass pipelines (East-West 5 mbpd capacity, Habshan-Fujairah 1.5 mbpd) can reroute some Gulf oil to Red Sea/Gulf of Oman—India taps that via Suez or direct. 👉Buffer power: Strategic Petroleum Reserves (SPR) at 5.33 MMT (39M barrels, 9.5 days cover) + OMC stocks (64.5 days) = 74 days total cushion. Phase II adds 6.5 MMT (12 days more), pushing toward 90-day goal. Filled to brim in 2020 low-price window—saved ₹5,000 Cr! Short-term crunch? Drawdown + spot buys from "oil on water" tankers. No panic. 👉Long-game wins: Renewables slashing oil dependency. 44.5 GW added in 2025—solar hits 132 GW, renewables meet 51.5% peak electricity demand. Transport? EVs booming (10M+ on roads by 2026 est.), biofuels blend up to 20%. Domestic output + diplomacy (ties with Russia, US, Gulf) ensures steady flow. Bharat sources from 40+ countries now—up from 19 in 2024! 👉Bottom line: Hormuz hiccup? Bharat reroutes, reserves up, diversifies hard. Every $10 oil spike adds $13-14B to bill, but buffers absorb it. Bharat is not vulnerable—Bharat is versatile. Energy security = Bharat's superpower. Now sit back & think! Would this have been possible under Policy-Paralysed CONgress Govt? A party whose Foreign Policy is no different from Domestic Appeasement Policy? Full Marks to PM .Narendra Modi Ji's Vision, EAM .Dr. S. Jaishankar Ji's Diplomacy and Petroleum Minister .Hardeep Singh Puri Ji's Oil Diplomacy. We're actually blessed to have such visionary & proactive Govt in the difficult turbulence time. #AtmanirbharBharat

Bulama Bukarti, PhD, in yesterday’s "Fashin Baki" livestream, spoke about how bandits tortured toddlers, some as young as 2, in front of their parents until they died from the pain. Two-year-olds!!! It reminded me of a chat I had last week with Uncle Kay Uncle K Esq, a good friend who deeply wants to see Nigeria thrive. He pondered how Arewa youth on social media stay wrapped up in football, skits, and gossip while the country is on fire. I told him there are two groups: those who simply don’t care beyond themselves (the majority), and those like me, people coping with private chaos by blocking out the world just to stay sane. For example, since December 2023, I stopped watching Al Jazeera or any global news. I couldn’t take one more image of children freezing, starving, or being blown to bits. I also said I don’t speak up because it feels pointless. I’m not Bukarti, Dr. Omar Suleiman, or even Uncle Kay. I don’t have their reach, and I lack the patience to argue with people who think Rarara’s new song, Arewa weddings or celebrity scandals are more important than mass killings or government failure. Uncle Kay disagreed, of course. He believes every voice counts. Certainly, he wanted to suggest I tweet less about football and more about our national crisis. And if he had, he’d have been right. But after watching Bukarti’s video, I’m left wondering: how do people like him or Uncle Kay stay engaged? How do you see this darkness and still speak out? Is there a special kind of strength or clarity that I’ve missed? Maybe that strength comes from our Islamic faith, or conviction, or just raw courage. But I won’t pretend; I watched Bukarti’s video, and it wrecked me. It stirred something deep, but not the kind that moves me to speak. Instead, it made me want to look away, to protect whatever fragile piece of peace I still have left. That’s the honest truth; sometimes the pain these stories bring is just too much. Rather than nudge me to action, they push me into silence. I’m sharing this video here not because I have answers, but because my silence also feels like a kind of complicity. May we all find the strength to care, and maybe someday, the courage to speak that change may come. I'm just tired.

🚨PERPLEXITY JUST LAUNCHED SOMETHING THAT MAKES EVERY OTHER AI PRODUCT LOOK LIKE A TOY.. AND NOBODY IS TALKING ABOUT IT.. They built a Personal Computer.. Not an app.. Not a chatbot.. A full digital worker that runs 24/7 on a Mac mini even while you sleep.. You press both command keys.. And it wakes up.. Ready to work.. But here's where it gets insane.. This thing doesn't run on one AI model.. It runs on 19 of them.. At the same time.. It uses Claude Opus for complex reasoning.. Gemini 3.1 Pro for deep research with a 2 million token context window.. Nano Banana Pro for 4K images.. Grok for fast tasks.. It doesn't just pick one model and hope for the best.. It reads your task.. Breaks it into subtasks.. And routes each one to whichever model is best at that specific thing.. All running in parallel.. While ChatGPT is still thinking about your first question.. Perplexity has already split your project into 6 pieces and assigned each one to a different AI.. And here's the part that should worry OpenAI.. Perplexity hallucinates at 3.3%.. ChatGPT hallucinates at 12%.. Claude at 15%.. It's not even close.. Because Perplexity is built differently.. Every other AI tries to remember facts.. Perplexity searches for them first.. It's structurally forced to cite live sources before it's even allowed to generate a response.. OpenAI Operator launched with a 32.6% success rate on computer-use tasks.. People called it "the world's most anxious intern" because it pauses every 5 seconds to ask if it's doing the right thing.. Perplexity runs multi-hour and multi-day workflows independently.. Only interrupts you when it hits a decision that actually matters.. You can start a task from your iPhone on the train.. And it executes on your Mac mini at home.. The economics are wild too.. Internal studies show it saved teams an average of $1.6 million in labor costs.. Performing 3.25 years of work in four weeks.. And unlike every other AI company.. Perplexity dropped ads entirely.. They charge $200 a month because they said they're in the "accuracy business".. Not the advertising business.. They even launched a $42.5 million publisher program to pay media partners when their content gets cited.. While OpenAI is getting sued by every newspaper on earth.. Google and OpenAI want you locked into their ecosystem.. If a better model comes out tomorrow you're stuck.. Perplexity just updates its routing matrix.. You get the best model on earth automatically.. No switching.. No migrations.. No friction.. This isn't an AI assistant anymore.. This is the first real AI employee.. And it costs $200 a month.

Strong legs are the foundations of a stable posture, yet many let theirs weaken over time. You lose your ability to move and stand upright. Much of my work with chronic pain clients involves strengthening the legs. This video shows 8 essential lower body motions: 1- Hip Extensions Standing upright involves straightening your torso to align it with your lower body, an extension of your hips executed by your Glutes and Hamstrings. The problem is you sit on these muscles all day, weakening them over the years to the point where they fail to do their job. Your lower back picks up the slack against its will and becomes overworked. I'll start chronic pain clients with Hip Bridges on the floor to ensure everything is balanced, then progress to Hip Thrusts and eventually Standing exercises like the Romanian Deadlift. As for the Deadlift off the floor, those are great if you can access a barbell or kettlebell. - Hip Bridge (0:05) - Hip Thrust (0:11) - Romanian Deadlift (0:17) - Deadlift (0:23) 2- Split Squats Split Squats are excellent for strengthening the knees. In the case of a chronic pain client, I use them to stretch the quad and Hip Flexors of the back leg, which are often extremely stiff due to sitting. This stiffness makes the body collapse forward and is often the limiting factor when people try this exercise for the first time. I'll start someone with the Front Foot elevated because it's easier on the front leg and gives a great stretch, then progress to flat and rear foot elevated. - Front foot elevated (0:30) - Flat (0:36) - Rear-foot elevated (0:42.2) 3- Lunges Lunges are the dynamic version of the Split Squat. Besides being excellent for strengthening your leg muscles, the one thing I love about this exercise is that it teaches you how to brace yourself as your foot lands. Many people lack the core strength to absorb an impact. Lunges develop that shock absorption capacity, especially when done with weights. Ensure you have mastered the Split Squats before doing them, and use different directions to target your muscles differently. - Forward (0:48) - Back (0:54.7) - Side (1:07) 4- Squats The king of all exercises is crucial for your ascension. The vertical motion improves your ability to overcome the world's weight crashing down upon you. It's also an amazing Glute and Quad stretch in the bottom position. I'll start chronic pain clients with the bodyweight variation before progressing them to weighted and eventually one-legged, also known as Pistol Squats. Doing one leg at a time is one of the best ways to balance your body's left and right sides from head to toe. - Body weight (1:12.5) - Loaded (1:19) - Pistol (1:25.5) 5- Step-ups Step-ups are amongst my favorite one-sided exercises to strengthen the Glutes and Quads. They are excellent for improving the stability of your hips and abdominal muscles. Use the Front and Lateral variations to maximize your results. - Front (1:31.5) - Lateral (1:38) 6 - Leg Curls Leg Curls strengthen the lower attachment of your Hamstrings. They are an integral part of my knee and lower back recovery programs because many people are weak due to sitting. I'll have chronic pain clients use a towel to create muscle resistance, though you can do them standing to get some much-needed blood flow. The best way to benefit from this exercise is by using an exercise ball or a machine at the gym. - Standing (1:43) - Towel (1:49) - Exercise ball (1:55.4) - Machine (2:02.1) 7- Adductions The inner thigh muscles become problematic when people sit with their legs crossed. They either get stiff or weak depending on whether you cross one leg over the other or with your foot on the opposite knee. I love Copenhagen Planks to restore the balance in your adductors. - Knee-bent (2:08.8) - Straight-leg (2:14) 8- Calf Raises The ankles are the cornerstone of your posture because they affect the alignment of every other joint above. Strong Calves are essential to their stability, yet many omit them from their workouts. Standing Calf Raises also strengthen the knees from behind. Doing the Donkey variation, you'll feel an intense stretch from the knee to the ankle. Seated Calf Raises work a different lower leg muscle essential to pump blood back up from your feet. - Standing (2:20.5) - Donkey (2:26.6) - Seated (2:33.3) Include these 8 types of motions in your routine as an insurance policy against serious mobility problems down the line. Keeping your legs strong ensures a stable posture and quality movements, two crucial factors for a high quality of life.

Now that I'm 80 hours in and have completed Rinacita, I want to give my thoughts on Wuthering Waves as a whole, both from the perspective of a new player and as someone who hates the gacha monetization model. When I first started I was told that 1.0 (The first arc/region of the game) was mid. I disagree with that sentiment. While the first 7 or so hours were bogged down a bit by lore terms and exposition that often left me confused, around Yinlin's companion quest is when I started getting invested and upon reaching Mt. Firmament (10-15 hours?) I was locked in. What I WILL say, is that the first arc of the game is mid in COMPARISON to what the game offers and becomes later on in every single regard, writing, dialogue, gameplay, music, map/world design, everything. Rinacita is truly a game changer and you can see the game's budget increase in real time with higher quality animations and cutscenes, as well as the map basically being an entire game on top. Every single companion quest without fail has ranged from solid to great, even making me tear up on a few occasions (Encore lol) and making me care about characters I never thought I would. They're truly a highlight and the writing is what makes this game go from just playing with attractive characters to playing with characters you actually care about. The sheer amount of content this game offers is absurd with both varying forms of short/long form content. It's hard for the game to feel repetitive when it gives you a new character to play as or constantly introduces new mechanics. (puzzles, traversal, combat challenges, bosses, etc) Even 80 hours in there's constantly new mechanics being introduced to me. The combat and team building is great, simple but with a level of depth that allows for some player expression (especially newer characters) and the various Forte's and movesets of the characters are both satisfying and incredibly flashy. The audio design specifically on some attacks is very punchy like Chisa's ult. The game is also just, gorgeous. The art design for everything in Wuwa is stunning, the map sizes are huge with varying biomes and the heights you can fly can be jaw dropping at times. Almost every location is screenshot worthy and the music does a lot of heavy lifting to, especially once you get to Rinacita. Wuwa just might also be the most F2P friendly Gacha that exists and while I stand by the idea that every game (including this one) would be better without gacha systems I have to give credit where it's due. It is INCREDIBLY generous with summoning currency (asterite) and I'd even wager to say, due to the store prices being absurd (If I remember correctly it's about $25 for 1 multi-summon) unless you're very well off it's a horrible decision to spend money for summons in this game when you could easily grind that in 2-3 hours of gameplay. Not to mention the pity system being very favorable and lenient. Even if you find yourself playing with mostly base characters for 40 hours (like I did because I didn't know you got more asterite from exploring than doing quests) the game is constantly giving you new characters to temporarily play as in quests to stop combat from getting too repetitive. Once again the characters are a massive highlight, in design, gameplay and writing, this is quickly becoming one of my favorite worlds where every arc introduces new favorites for me. I find myself enjoying where Rover is being taken as a character and that she's starting to speak more and more, slowly seeming to become less of a self-insert even if she'll always be that to an extent. I'm not going to lie to you and say the story is some unique masterpiece that avoids all tropes. It's not, you've likely seen similar stories told, but it executes everything at a high level and accomplishes what it's trying to do. The biggest flaws are the file size and the prices of the in-game store, as well as it's nature as a gacha game. Even if it may be the most generous one. The actual optimization of the game I find is solid, on PC with a 4060 I run on almost max settings and get 70+fps even with how massive the world is. The starting few hours can also be slow and exposition heavy with lore-terms you don't understand. Leaving you confused and disconnected for awhile, even later on in Rinacita the dialogue can stretch on for too long sometimes which can be a pace killer, but it doesn't ruin the quality of the stories it's trying to tell. From what people say I haven't even gotten to the best part of the game and I'm very excited! If I were to give a current rating, it would be a 8/10 and as long as you don't spend money on summons, I would recommend at least giving it a try.

Rolled credits on Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties: Review: A massive visual and technical overhaul that brings the sunny beaches of Okinawa to life. The new combat system and Morning Glory minigame are the stars of the show, the latter of which has been transformed into a surprisingly addictive farming sim. Kiwami 3 starts out with Kiryu and Haruka leaving Kamurocho to take over the Morning Glory orphanage in Okinawa. Kiryu grew up in an orphanage, so it's only right that he gives back. The early hours of the game are spent introducing you to the new characters, and building bonds with them through the expansive new minigame. Morning Glory is a crucial location to Kiryu's story, and the new storyline gives it impact, rather than just being a backdrop. The pacing is kind of slow in the beginning, but the payoff is a high-stakes thriller that puts both the orphanage and the Tojo Clan at risk. It quickly goes from a slice of life to a CIA thriller. If you've played the original, then some of the character redesigns lack the same charm IMO. Rikiya is supposed to be clumsy and a bit of a goofball, but extremely loyal, and eager for Kiryu's approval. The new character model (although he was great in Tokyo Vice) feels more 'serious' and loses some of the original's energy. Similar can be said about old man Nakahara. Combat has been overhauled however. Dragon of Dojima Style feels refined and heavy, and is probably the best implementation of the classic 'Dragon Style' combat system yet, ideal for taking down bosses 1v1. The new Ryukyu Style is built for taking down mobs. It lets you cycle through an arsenal of weapons, each with unique special effects, and large AoE attacks that can take out entire groups in seconds. In addition to Morning Glory, The "Haisai Girls" minigame is a surprisingly deep minigame that essentially turns this into Dynasty Warriors! You manage a biker gang, recruit members, and fight massive real-time battles against dozens of enemies at once. It has an entire storyline, and I'm surprised it wasn't marketed more! As for Dark Ties, it's a roughly 3 hour playthrough that's a must play for Yakuza fans. It dives deeper into Mine’s backstory and explains some of the... plot twists that were featured in the base game. The soundtrack is also excellent (better than the main game), and the faster pace is a refreshing break from the base game’s slower burn. Final Verdict: Kiwami 3 is the logical next step for those coming off Kiwami 2, one of my favorites in the series. Fans of the original may be disappointed with some of the changes, but the expanded Morning Glory and the refined combat system makes this the definitive way to experience Kiryu's Okinawa chapter. Returning to the streets of Kamurocho always feels like home and Dark Ties was a nice bonus that leaves questions for the future of the series. Kagawa should have been recast, and I'm still not sure why they changed up such key characters to the game, but it's a solid remake that ushers in a new era for the franchise. 🟢 Combat is at an all time high 🟢 Morning Glory content steals the show 🟢 Dark Ties is an added bonus that's mandatory for fans 🟢 Character models look excellent 🔴 Kagawa should have been recast 🔴 New character redesigns lack the charm of the original Final Score: 7.5/10 (Good) Playtime: 30 hours Platform: Steam Thank you to SEGA and RGG Studio for providing review code. #YakuzaKiwami3 #LikeADragon
