We’ve made being alone so scary that it’s never a consideration. People choose unhealthy or toxic relationships rather than being by themselves. Jay Shetty sheds light on how society has equated being alone to being incomplete. “Loneliness”, is the weakness of being alone, & “Solitude”, is the strength of being alone. Solitude is the success that we should search for. We shouldn’t need others to complete us. We should find someone we should enhance one another. 🚨 WTF?! Japan's loneliness crisis is so severe they literally created a Minister of Loneliness. A multi-billion dollar industry has emerged where desperate people pay money online just to have a basic conversation with another human being. Absolute modern dystopia!
