The combat you saw in the Content creators demo was just a really small sneak peek… Let me show you more about the real combat of AIKODE… In this video there is A LOT of things going on, in fact, the outfit changed 4 times in this video! In AIKODE you can change between 3 Outfits during GAMEPLAY (you can choose what 3 outfits will you use in the menu between 200 different options). The Outfit system also changes your weapon, animations, hairstyle and abilities, (You can customize all of this on the menu for every outfit slot). While the abilities are “charging” you can keep changing between outfits to use the abilities that are already charged... and at the same time you can keep doing combos without any type of delay and smoothly change between your weapons. Introducing my new OSS framework: OhSnap provides really simple way to record and reproduce the data your users saw when encountering an issue (bug/crash), integration in your project should take a few minutes at most. Majority of bugs are related to data you have to deal with and often times we have to work with frequently changing data via network API's. Even if you have access to multiple environments (prod/staging/dev) it's still going to be PITA to reproduce a lot of bugs your user saw, since we often get to them a long time after the bug occured... OhSnap allows you to easily record any data your app downloads, pack it and put it on server so that you can replay it on your device later on, while connected to debugger and save hours of development time trying to figure out what exactly they experienced! Here's a demo of 2 app instances running, and me manipulating what server reply I'll be getting, there is 1 line of code needed to record and reply this data (outside of just setting up your framework). I built this so that I can show dev tool building process for the members of which I encourage you to join if you want to put your engineering efficiency at a different level😉

004/100 Buttons. A bit of the process on building an animation. When looking at a finished animation or in this example a finished button, it can look quite complex inside the CSS. But when building it, it’s more like a lot of simple steps, one after another. Here I had the idea to make some kind of text animation like the footer logo on the Osmo site. I try to add the base animation with no complex easing, for example transition: translate 0.4s ease. Starting with just moving the one text from bottom to top and the other text to top. Adding a stagger, play around with it. Searching for a way to make it more circular. On the research I found the sin() function inside CSS which can build a more smooth non linear curve for the stagger which creates this circular effect. And step by step adding more complexity like, different easing for hover/hover-out, opacity, 3D transform and more. I use also the sin() function to rotate the letters, so the middle ones are getting more rotated than the outer ones. Another thing which helps is to add a small delay on hover, for example 0.05s or 0.1s, you don’t really see the difference, but when you hover pretty fast on and out it doesn’t get that jumpy. I’m using here GSAP’s SplitText to split every char into spans. And then I’m adding a CSS index variable to every span, starting from the center. SplitText can provide CSS index variables, but you cannot tell it from which direction. For the sin() it’s also important to have a max length, so I add another CSS variable with the max char number on it. Crafting 100 Buttons with Osmo ⏳ Total time: 63h

The Anduril YFQ-44A is one of the first autonomous jets in America's arsenal and a lot of people don't understand this video. It's VERY SEXY with a really great soundtrack, beautiful slow moving desert background. This jet can carry AIM-120s which are air to air missiles that can be guided by a variety of methods. The reason the close-up is on here is because landing is extremely difficult for any autonomous platform. It's easy to sort of get the aircraft flying in the sky, but landing it without breaking it is another major engineering feat by itself! Don't you just love Anduril man? The future is now!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Good branding is not just a logo and a few gradients - it’s a huge system built to help a brand evolve across materials without relying on the same visual trick over and over. That’s exactly the kind of system we build for companies. And while today you’ll probably see another round of scary posts about design being eaten by GPT Image 2.0, remember: there are still companies willing to pay a lot for branding done by humans with taste. Those humans may use AI. AI may help speed things up. But it’s still just a tool - and like any tool, you need to learn how to use it.

As someone who is pretty up to date in AI I’d say there are 2 times a year where I am genuinely blown away by something. A breakthrough that keeps me up at night. This is one of them. I mean the video of will smith genuinely freaks me out by how good it is. 2.5 years of AI progress and you think it’s hitting a wall. There’s no point in trying to convince people where this is going. The writing is on the wall. I can bring a horse to water but I can’t force him to drink.

At the center of this new scam on social media (one of many scam campaigns) - was the leading “angle voice” for pro Palestine: Maze (@ MazeLove14). This is not a mistake and not random, it’s malicious and professional. And it looks like she wasn’t working alone in deception. Apparently she stole many voices and claimed that it’s her voice and performance - then raised donations with it, but there was one talented covers singer that she used the most. 1 month since leaving the UK for New York 🎉 Observations: - People here are generally more positive - Cost of living is comparable to London for the most part. I feel like it gets expensive here very quickly, however. - Public transport is ok, but the amount of crazies you encounter is a massive detractor. This week I’ve seen a woman piss [ass naked] on a platform, and a lot of drug addicts do more questionable things. I’ve seen some shit in the UK, but it’s just worse here. The gov neglects the people at the lowest part of society. - A lot of places smell here. - Food is generally good if you pay extra for non-processed stuff. That said, I had a sub from the deli, and it got the better of me 🙂‍↔️😂. - I love how easy it is to transport into another world. Each borough has so much to offer. - People care for self-improvement more than anywhere I’ve lived [capitalism >>>] Bottom line, I’m enjoying it here. I’m excited to meet more new people and start building businesses. Currently working on a new project I’ll talk about tomorrow. ✌️

You asked me to investigate Gavin Newsom “Housing First.” What I found is shocking. This video show TWO separate units paid for with taxpayer money. Rent is covered through nonprofits for about six months. After that, tenants are supposed to pay. They don’t. Landlords are left with drug infested, roach infested, bed bug infested units that are completely destroyed. They are forced to evict mentally ill, drug addicted tenants on their own dime and then pay to clean up the damage. There is supposed to be oversight. An assigned representative. Well… I scrolled Facebook today and counted 22 new brush clearing companies in our local market alone. Every single one of them…except one, started no earlier than summer of 2025. A lot of them are copying our social formula almost exactly. - Same content style. - Same messaging. - Same angles. Not quite as effectively, but close enough. At the same time, I get emails, calls, and texts almost every day from people around the country starting forestry mulching businesses who want advice. Which is fascinating to watch… and exactly what we expected. Here’s the part people don’t talk about when they say “just post more content”: Visibility creates competition. Our lead costs are up roughly 10x because of market saturation. Our close rates are down because crowded markets always turn into a race to the bottom on price. That’s the tax of winning. Luckily, we planned for this. We’ve been expecting this since day one, and we’re rolling out Phase 2 of Brushworks this spring… a little earlier than anticipated, but no big deal. I will say… I am surprised by how fast people rush into a market when they see a good idea working. It moves faster than most people think. On to Phase 2. I won’t be sharing this one though. 😄

I haven’t done an Entomology post in awhile & since bug season is kicking off: One way to get rid of an underground (or wall void) Yellow Jacket or Wasp Nest: Rodent Glue Boards One of the problems in dealing with wasps, hornets and yellow jackets is treating the nest, even if you know where it is. One quick way to get rid of them is to set a glue board near the nest entry and get just ONE caught on it. They’ll get stuck and start stinging the glue board along with releasing alert pheromones. The massive pheromone release will draw other members of its colony to the glue board. They in turn get stuck, start trying to sting the glue board and release more pheromones. Pretty quickly you’ll have drawn the entire colony out and they will all get stuck and meet their demise on the glue board. And you or your pet won’t get stung if you inadvertently stumble upon the nest. Side note: you may have to draw the first few to the glue board with a some type of food they like. They love sugary foods, but a close second is any type of grilled meat like burger, chicken and hot dog. That’s why you always see them coming around your outdoor barbecue or family reunion feast. And for the weirdos that come and say “You’re destroying animals”. Shut up. These aren’t animals, they are STINGING insects. You disturb a nest of yellow jackets with a mower, or a child pushes on a small log with them in it, they will k*ll you. Anaphylactic shock, airway constriction, cardiovascular collapse. They are a public health threat and it’s totally okay to rid the world of these things. (Don’t mess with the bees though)
